I'm sorry if you do maintenances every day for 3 hours your site should be flawless. It's generally horrible. Poor interface. Laggy video

Twin spires takes money out of my checking account without my authorization
I made withdrawls of $100 for times inside of one minute. I did so because it said the transaction did not go through. On the fifth try it worked. However, my account was charged $500 so all of the withdrawals went through but each withdrawal cause my checking account to be overdrawn. Buy their own admission they made a mistake because their website is flawed. They made no attempt to correct the error but only told me they made a mistake and its been credited. Then they made a $400 adjustment to days later. Not in my favor. This morning I wake up and $200 more is pending coming out of my checking account unauthorized. They have no clue what theyre doing. The website is flawed and they make no excuses for that but they also continue to make the same errors without any reimbursement. Just stay away because they will take money out of your account at random. Theyll admit theyre at fault but then somehow try to draw you into their fault.

I can’t make much money tops is $6.20
Either Im getting cheated on trifectas and the value of purse is very low.I can never get in a pool before a race.I never seen such low payouts.I want to get my money out of here.Their experts advice dont count in winning much .I won 3 of 12 races for a mealy $10 bucks.I will never get my money back at this pace.

Don’t trust this casino site
Theyre shady. The first year was decent now they just take your money 100 percent of the time. Minuscule winnings if any at all. I had enough and deleted the app. Also, all the other gaming sites offer promotions, give free credits, not this one. No free credits whatsoever. Very disgusted with this site.

I am an 82 year old female in South Florida. TWINSPIRES charge appeared on my credit card. I contacted them and filed dispute also card numbers were changed new issued. Received email they were writing off its fraudulent dont worry. They then contacted my bank and said valid charge. I called and they even read email but said my bank said it was real. Thats a lie my bank got that from them. Wont help said just send their email to bank saying fraudulent and they were writing it off.

I got a promo code X sign up to 50 which offered a $10 bet to receive $250 Insight credits this entice me to make an account and to try their platform on registration I entered the promo code onto their platform their system said that it was accepted in the good code to go I got screenshots and everything of it Upon finishing registration I inquire about where my credits are and they tell me this code has long and since expired and wouldn't give any courtesy credits when an honor it wouldn't give me a similar promotion wouldn't do anything pretty much told me to go get bent so here I am immediately on here letting everybody know that twin spears is a joke the entice me into something and then told me it's my responsibility not to listen to third parties or I had to do my own homework which when I entered that into their system and it says it's a go that's right from their mouth so whatever the supervisor lady was talking about but was willing to do nothing to make the wrong right never spend money at that place it's horrible million dollar company can't give out credits to make up a wrong

When you win they don't pay
I won 250 on May 2nd 2022 have an email for confirmation it's now May 9th 2022 and nothing called and just say sorry any day now "check is in route" every single time when you actually win on this site to get the pay out it doesn't happen save your money play else where!! Calling legal action tomorrow if the money is not there like they keep saying it will be ugh definitely lost another take at look a bbb there's plenty saying the same thing!!! Michigan wants twinspires removed from our state we don't stand for fraud

Fraudulent and not reliable
December 2, 2021 a trifecta wager was placed thru Twinspires/Churchill Downs for race at Japan, Funabashi race track. The wager was a winner however Twinspires canceled only paramutual bets On trifecta only. All other wagers were paid. The trifecta wager was refunded not the winning combination which paid $202.40. Ever other off track horse racing outlet including TVG paid this wager, TWINSPIRES/CHURCHILL DOWNS said the paramutual comingling with host track Funabashi did not go thru. Once again all other comingled wagers were accepted. My wager was accepted by Twinspires they are accountable. They can use this experience anytime for any reason including employees incompetence.

Not sending me my funds
I have been getting the run around for 1MONTH trying to get my funds sent to me. they claim to have sent a check that never arrived, then they claimed to have sent me a check overnight which never arrived. Now they tell me that they will charge me $23 to send me a check overnight. They are in no rush to pay me what they owe. STAY AWAYSTAY AWAY

Was in the middle of playing a slot game had deposited $100 total. I had been playing for about an hour tops. All of a sudden it tells me it cant find my location as I spin for $2.50. Then it does it four more times. Next thing I know at 1:30 a.m. in the morning after it cannot find my location the screen just shuts down and tells me its under maintenance and sorry for the inconvenience and to check back later. Well its been an hour and its still there!
