Are Twin Rivers Blackjack Tournaments Rigged ? I saw an eliminated player in a blackjack tournament in round one. Playing in round two. I spoke with the gentleman and he said. The host set it up. How is that fair or even legal ?

Poor Management
Visited the casino last Friday evening. Wanted to play Spanish-21. There was one seat available at the table. However, the lady next to me was permitted to play three spots. Therefore, I was out of luck. Most casinos will limit the players to two hands if they are busy. Dealer and pit boss could have cared less. Very poor management in my opinion. Will avoid this casino as if it was the plague.

I did not get the gift
I was at the casino today, November 11/2020. while all the players receive a gift called Gibson home kitchen combo. I when to the costumer service and ask for mine I was told I have to swipe my card for win that gift. Why is that if Im a players club like everyone, Im not happy about that. Because I gamble like all the other people. This will be my last time going to Twin River casino. Thank you.

about 2 weeks on a Sunday I visited twin river in RI and experienced a significant point balance for the day when I first started playing in the amount of 38,316 approximately. I played all that day and it kept increasing slowly. you better believe the next time I visited I could hardly make it to 10 (ten) points. Every time since then I am experiencing very low points earned. I play approximately the same every time and try to reach 100 points on my card. What is wrong with your points system????

It is the worst casino I ever went too and I won't be back there if you don't mind losing your money then go but the payout in the casino is terrible foxwoods moghen sun and encore are much better I hope it goes bankrupt

Absolutely nothing just like the lip service I got from Steve Keener, I wrote before and complained about the points on the Keno machines at Dover,$150.00 in play for 1 point. I've been going to Dover since the 1st day it opened. I know what I'm doing since I have been playing all of these years. It would take $30,000 in play for a gift. Nothing like screwing your customers. I have the high card at The Borgata ,Hard Rock, Ocean, and Gold Nugget. And earned every one of them. I lost $38,000 at Dover last year and I will not be able to keep my Elite card for Dover my card number is 864. Dover offered the elite members $100 yesterday I would not patronize Dover if they can't straighten out your Dover operation. Throughout the years I've met many people at Dover and a lot have stopped coming there. I see more and more people in Atlantic City. I plan on playing at Bally's when I'm in Atlantic City, It is hard for me to not even stop at Dover but I'm tired of being screwed. Since my mailing address is at the DAFB I have found it cheaper to stay at a local hotel than go to your casino .

My husband and I were down there on 7/11/20. I was playing on a China Shores machine near the high limit club, on the end. I had just finished drinking my diet coke and was putting it down with my left hand while playing my machine with my right hand (don't like to break rhythm on my machine.) I had just sat up straight from putting down my drink and started to pull my mask \when a security officer approached me. He barked at me to put it up over my nose (again, he caught my while I was pulling it up) I said "Of course, I was just putting it on, I was just drinking". He said "No you weren't , you were playing. I walked up and you were playing" "Yes, with my RIGHT hand, the left was pulling up the mask." He looked at my full drink on the right and said you weren't drinking that! I showed him the EMPTY one on my left and said I just finished it and was putting on my mask.. He then barked at me "One warning - that's it and then you're out today." I felt so humiliated and uncomfortable. We left shortly after. This occurred between 10:45 - 11:30. First, I want to state that I do NOT object to wearing a mask. I believe in masks, wear them everywhere I'm near people. I will continue to wear them most likely until there is a good, proven vaccine. I took my mask down for maybe 20 seconds and he saw me. When I tried to explain he threatened to throw me out if caught again. After that, I was paranoid to take a drink! I felt so uncomfortable. Not even 2 minutes later, my husband and I observed several EMPLOYEES walking around, taking to people with masks not covering their nose. We also saw at least 5 other guests with NO MASKs on, under their chin, walking around. I was at my machine, plexiglass on each side of me, taking a drink. I wish I had thought of it at the time, I would have requested to speak to his supervisor and all watch the footage.

Today i left your casino TOTALLY pissed, you people apparently have no care for patrons who spend a lot of money at your casino, i was playing a slot machine when i happened to sneeze, my mask blew down, and some old woman started yelling at me to put my mask on, she was betting a quarter, i told her to mind her own business, she had her husband go get security, two elderly gentle man, so i thought, he jumps in my face automatically, i tell him i served 25 years in the armed forces and my daughter inlaw is in Afghanistan, he bluntly remarks, yeah, we've all been there, doesn't listen to my side of the situation just tells me to get out because , in his words, we don't need your money, if you people were recording, which im sure you were, you should check it out for yourselves, he made it sound like it was all my fault and showed no courtesy what so ever, you hire 12 dollar an hour wannabe cops who know nothing about courtesy , i was military police and delt with all kinds, what you hire is ignorance, he stated you didn't need my money, you get it no longer, you're casino was closed and losing all kinds of money due to the virus, keep hiring these wannabe cops who play macho *** roles, and soon enough all your buisness will walk out the door .

His name is Dean and he is a credit to your workforce and a pleasure to talk to about issues "positive or negative" regarding things on this players mind. He always makes himself available, listen and tries to resolve issues within his "pay grade." Win or loose you always feel good about Twin River Casino because Dean's friendly customer service attitude. Dean should be recognized as a positive and professional role model for all other "Pit Bosses" to emulate.

Lack of hand sanitizers
Yeah I was disappointed that there was not more hand sanitizer station around the casino I wanted to Bring some from home but my wife was positive there would be sufficient Hand sanitizer at the casino . we had a good time but in the back of our minds we felt a little creeped out . suggestion maybe the same number of hand sanitizers as ATM machines

The offers for comp to Elite and Hundred Club members has decreased significantly. It is not even worth achieving that status. Water now has changed and is the same as served on the floor.
The food in the VIP has a lot to be desired. Slowly decreasing the quality to the point it is not even worth the trip. Too much competition to put up with this lousy treatment. The staff is great but have to deal with what is given to them.

one of the worst sports betting facilities I ever experience Went to place a few football bets in and cash tickets .The line was outside the door at least 1 1/2 hour wait to place a bet. ONLY TWO TELLERS WORKING THE WINDOWS You think they would realize that people would be there the day before Thanksgiving to get their bets in on one of the major college and pro games, Thanksgiving day.
