I love TvStartup

Oh man, working with TvStartup was a total blast! These guys really know their stuff and built up an app and free website that blew my mind. I'm telling ya, you need your own tv channel to get monetized these days, don't even think twice - go with TvStartup.

I gotta tell ya, working with TvStartup on building my channel was an absolute blast! These folks know their stuff and made the whole process a breeze. They took the time to understand my business goals and gave me awesome advice along the way. These guys know their stuff and made everything super easy. They totally got what I was going for. these guys are the real deal!

These guys are the best

Very good, caring service so far. I started a channel on Roku and Amazon Firestick using this service last year around March. I have received a great deal of personal support from the teams at TvStartup in helping me deal with the hurdles of handling my live streams and publishing my content to try to continue improving my viewing experiences for my audience. We stream live sports at local events and have never had this much help from any service we tried in the past. Most of these osftware companies just dont have any way to get on the phone and get live help right away from someone experienced who can help you out. TvStartup does. They do that well and I can call them anytime, even during the middle of a stream, and know i will get some help quickly and from people who understand streaming technology with a deep knowledge of the systems. So i greatly appreciate that. Their system also has great features for monetizing the videos

Great Product

Great easy to use software this is definitely the easiest way to get on Roku or Fire TV they take care of everything for you it's great I have no complaints good stuff.

SCAM! Unauthorized billing!

I hired TV StartUp months ago and was promised a streamer with all of the features of a modern, up-to-date streamer. Once I went into the platform, I noticed that they don't have the capacity to categorize shows. So if you are scrolling down to look for shows. Each show will have all of the episodes laid out and messy. So, if you have a series with multiple seasons and episodes, you'll have to make your clients scroll and scroll throughout the entire title, episode by episode. This is a basic function that EVERY other platform offers. I have been calling and emailing to cancel for months, and no one will cancel my service! However, THEY STILL BILL ME! I was promised a refund by Ben and said that Noah would call me with the details of it. Still no word from Noah. Upon doing more research, I see that this is a common occurrence among a lot of people that have dealt with TV Startup. I am moving forward with legal action. Stay away from TV Startup.Stay

Starting a tv channel is very difficult but these guys made so easy for me to get started and they did most of the work for me all I had to do was upload content and sit back.

I have had success using this company for my Roku channel

I hired them about 10 months ago to startup my Roku channel for my local sports network. Since then weve garnered about 4000 local subscribers on the network and had a ton of help from the support folks at tv startup along the way. Im quite happy to share my experience of using this company to accomplish my goals. Thanks a ton!

They Have Charged and Ignored My Project for Months

The finally got my channel up, but it has a myriad of issues with some being the simplest, like thumbnails on videos. Even the simplest of issues is hard to tackle with these guys.

They promised a new system months ago...

On the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my life. Can't get anyone on the phone with me and get this in a place so I can actually finish and get my streaming channel up now 4 months later. They have charged me every month and I still have nothing to show for it. After multiple messages, emails, phone calls, chats, and even a BBB complaint, I'm getting nowhere and upset.

Good experience

I've been using the service from this company for almost 2 years now and it has gone well. Their customer service has improved a lot as time has gone on and my channel has seen a lot of growth with their help.Maybe not every channel has the same experience but i do know the platform works well and is reliable in my expeirences.

This is a scam. I cannot log in. I cannot get help. And they hit my account twice, but can't help me, with a cancellation or refund.
