Been trying for two weeks to get some help in resetting my password on my TVG account there’s been no complaints that have been responding to at all
My review is negative. All I want someone to do is to text me or call me and tell me how to unlock my account. I have approximately $140 in it and thats really all I want to do.

After I changed to a new phone , all of my TVG account data stored on my old phone DID NOT transfer over to the new phone i.e. my password . And I had forgotten it . So I need a new password . I tried to do that . And I can ' t even get my account # . Please send me a way to submit a new password . With it I can 't make a bet !

I withdraw $450 and sent it to my debit account, after 1 day it's sent back to my TVG account, it has happened twice before, but I didn't address it , please rectify this problem.

Trying to receive my bonus bet
This is very frustrating! I have spent one hour trying to solve this issue. No one is available to chat, no one is available to answer the phone this is very poor set! I was emailed a bonus bet for $20 that had to be opt in and used by tomorrow. I tried to opt in and it said I was ineligible! This is the first try so I knew I was eligible! I have been with TVG for years but now since FanDuel took over it has been down hill. I am a senior citizen and retired so I really dont need this frustration! Maybe its time to try elsewhere to bet the horses!

I was traveling and downloaded TVG while in Ohio at a casino, so I could bet and gamble with my friends from Florida. They have this app. I am from Arizona, so I sent in my drivers license while holding it as well as my IRS tax form to show that I lived where I said I lived. Im in Ohio, and were at the harness races, and I cannot bet harness races, because Arizona does not allow bets on Harness racing. I was told by the first chat rep the solve was to update my IOS. That took an hour and didnt work. The next rep told me I could only bet while physically being in AZ. That was not true either because it gave me options to bet on Thoroughbred and quarter horse racing. The third rep tried to say the same, but I proved that I could bet some tracks. Then she sent a list of tracks i could bet on, which did not list the track I was currently visiting. After this was discovered, I asked if I would be able to bet on these tracks when I return to Arizona and she said Im not sure the tracks you can bet on change daily. What kind of nonsense is that? I asked for a return of my deposit. She stated that TVG only issues money for winnings, and not deposits. Im grateful I did not give these people my bank account information. They have my $50 because they cant refund a deposit. After the chat a friend read some fine print that AZ does not support betting on harness races! They can only issue money for winnings. Remove your money, I hope the energy of TVG bursts harder than an air bubble on a hot day and they lose more money than they can fathom. Scheisters!
