Sale price not as advertised
I recieved an email for a sale sometime ago where when I went on the site thru the sale no sale existed. The sale was for a tushy classic two pack. Whenever I chose the 2 bidets no sale was given and full price was shown.

Mega adapter is defective will not screw on straight. Please replace.
Tried to add the adapter it kept screwing on unevenly and now its stripped. I need a replacement please. Adapter size is 3/8 x 3/8 x 7/8

When I went to pay for my ONE bidet I was offered a 20% discount thinking it was because Im a new customer!!! Now, I have paid for TWO bidets-I only want one. Please cancel the one that was offered at a discount Order #114**** Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Apparently, I must write a review as it is the only means of contacting this company.
I have used my Tushy bidet for about a year now, and have absolutely loved it. However, it has developed a problem that has rendered it nearly unusable. The water control *** has become stiff, difficult, and nearly impossible to turn! The application of WD-40 did not help it a bit. I'm a 75-year-old with an arthritic shoulder, wrist, and hand, and struggling with this contraption is extremely painful. Please advise, please help.

Don't even think about returning it!
If the product was on sale you cannot return, even if it is defective. The product is always on sale, why would you pay more. They don't tell you that by the way. Either pay full price or keep if forever. What a *** They obviously know their product is crap pr they would have some integrity.

Ridiculous price for what I got!
I ordered what I thought was two new toilet seats and the connections for the water. What I got was the connections. Website showed seat and connections. For the price just getting connections is ridiculous. Very ticked off. No one to call is ridiculous! If I dont hear from you soon I will return what I did get and will expert a full refund. I couldn't contact by phone
I made a mistake by ordering a Spa when I realized I don't have an electric outlet for warm water! I couldn't contact them by phone to change my order to a regular Tushy. My order # is 997243.

Need to return item
Squatting stool is not effective nor safe. Stool slides all over the floor and i am cocerned it will scratch my flooring

There is no way of contacting this company by phone and website isn't working. If a company can offer a product it should be able to be contacted by phone. I now own a piece of plastic that doesn't work is an eye sore attached to my toilet. All it would of taken was direction as to what size hook up to buy Thanks

Tushy Ottoman and Relaxed Height - Bamboo legs look used and not new. Leg #2 doesn’t fit at all.
The new Tushy Ottoman already has wear marks on it, and some of the Relaxed Height - Bamboo legs are stained on the inside, and Leg #2 which has 2 slots (like Leg #1) doesn't fit into its corresponding only 1 hole on the Ottoman, and Yes I have correctly attached each leg in its corresponding hole. To further my complaint about the Tushy spa 3
After I found I couldn't hook up the hot water connection, I tried to use it with just the cold water, the sprayer doesn't spray toward my tushy, instead the water just comes out the sprayer in a flow straight down into toilet bowl. This has completely angered me cuz I can't even use it.

Bought the warm water model but am unable to hook it up
The instructions make it seem so easy and it was until I got to the hot water hook up, the swivel head mini adapter is the wrong size, it's too small to fit onto the much larger warm water supply valve. What am I to do? Where do I get one that fits, what size do I ask for? This wasn't suppose to be this complicated! I need help
