Delete files on my software
When I opened the 2022 Turbo Tax, I have 3 files. How do I delete the 2 other files? I'm an elderly person and unfortunately is not capable of identifying which ones I need to work on. I want to see only one file. Please help. I have been using Turbo tax for the longest time.

Need to change my card information
Worst customer service ever. I still havent corrected the problem. Paid for the service months ago and now receiving messages about payment again. The card I paid on is not active and your rep couldnt understand what to do. I could get in the White House easier than actually talking to a live rep that can actually speak English. Ill be getting on Twitter to share this horrible service to the Globe.

I need a copy of my 2021 Amended Return. I didn't use turbotax this year so it won't let me sign in to the prior year. I filled them out for a friend in Arizona. He needs the copies to apply for his daughter's pell grant for school next month. Please hurry. Thank you. Richard Wick

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Online filling and couldn’t finish so can I get a call today or tomorrow at 773-531****.

No resolution. I just got off the phone with the customer service rep and she has to call me back which I hope she does but the other ones didn't either cuz they can't find any way to fix this they should be paying me for my time after 70 80 hours of business is...

There is issues because they cant find investigation going onike they said their was. No check issued as has been told to me. This company just send you in circles just so you will forget about it because it's such a pain in the reary but I'm not going to forget about...

They agree they owe me but yet have not paid me. I have talked to numerous SUPERVISIORS and this company cannot resolve an issue where they were in the wrong. The customer service reps are always nice, professional and do their best to help resolve it; but their hands are tied. This company is a poster child for micro management. I am tired of their automated service line it will hang up on me. Everytime Icall Iam on the phone for the next 2 to 3 hours LITERALLY!!! Someone needs to reformat this company. They would save a lot of MONEY and TIME in their company and ths consumers time and money as well. With happier consumers. This is a joke.

Will not give me my refund
Never received a refund. I filled electronically. They said I didnt. IRS said they have not received anything. I hate a print out of my taxes proving I filled. I received my state refund but not federal Thanks Zelda

Mis-Led/representation of product
I am really upset and frustrated with the amount I was charged for your product and tax filing and the level of Income I make and being a single income earner. I was supposed to be eligible for free tax filing due to my low income which is the only reason I choose Turbotax online. When I filled all info, for some reason it showed that I need a deluxe product and then I called your support, the support rep(Nicole S with case no: 151833****) clearly mentioned that I should pay at that time and then will get refund and also send a refund request link to submit. Else, I consider this is totally unfair and false misrepresentation of your product and have to report this sort. I am now making this request for refund and requesting you please look my case and issue a refund for my order which happened due your support member. Else this is my last time I am using turbotax and its a rip off.

Company Does nothing but lie.. This matter isn't even close to being over.
The bank of Santa Barbara is refusing to give me my tax return and my stimulus. I have been ripped off for 26,000. You would think I would see a federal agency stepping in, but nothing. I have contacted state and congressmen, and this and turbo tax are still running a scam. If anyone has any suggestions, that would be appreciated. This bank and this service need criminal charges filed against it.
