Can't Claim My Spotify I'd

I have Profesional plan made in tunecore and 2 days back my song was live on Spotify but I am not able to get my artist I'd and from which I'm not able to make changes in the song or Spotify I'd. So please look after this issue urgently.

Account Issue (My music is not showing up at Spotify...)

I have a "Breakout Artist" subscription ~but my music has disappeared from Spotify. I have logged numerous service tickets -none of which has been responded to. When I called they played a "sorry we're too busy" message. All I want is an explanaiton of why my muswic is not online/when it will appear on Spotify again. I have a plan breakout artist and i upload my two songs before 15 days and now in the cart status show ( Based on your current plan, you cannot release your music as configured. Unsolved release issue

I had uploaded total 09 songs and only four got released, other songs I have updated and asked the customer Service for help, but no proper help has been provided, customer care number is totally useless. I'm out of my release date, i have claimed my copyrights and took out all my songs from online platform, but still they are not able to release it. I have updated everything whatever they said and now they dont respond and ignoring my messages. Everyday I have to request to release my songs but no proper help is provided EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED

If you want to give them money and get ***

This company is cashing in on musicians. I paid the plan 'BREAKOUT ARTIST' prepared the release, the cover, all my authorship. And I was denied a release without giving a reason. I asked them to explain to me on what basis my track was blocked, to which they answered me that they do not name the reasons, as this is done to protect their policy. But *** where is the protection for me as a consumer who has been circled around the finger, who paid for the service and was sent the *** There is an urgent need to file a petition against this company, as they are scammers, and do not even hide it!

Non release of content

I paid for premium subscription and sent some of my songs for release but tunecore rejected it and sent email with no clear reason mentioned as to why it was not sent. On repeatedly asking them what the reason was, they never gave a clear response and just said that for internal purpose they can't tell the reason. So, how does a customer know how to fix the issue. After going around the bush for days and trying my best to get the issue resolved without any help from tunecore team, i finally decided to get my account cancelled and request for refund. I got an email weeks back stating refund will be done in 3-5 business days and I'm still following up on the refund status but all i get is an automated email stating that it is in process. There is no way to check for refund status in the website too otherwise. Very very very pathetic service. The company only focuses on how to rip off customers time and money. Had they done a seemless job and made the refund at the earliest, i wouldn't have to wait so long to get my songs that I've worked so hard on uploaded through other distribution platforms. Tunecore has wasted my money, time and my mental peace. Such a horrible company. I would rather suggest other distribution platforms.

Stolen songs

At this moment I am reapplying my songs for the BMI attempting to communicate the issue with tune core and trying to fix this issue as manually as possible

A third of my portfolio is missing from tune cores licensing I signed up for BMI and that notified me that they had already been claimed by someone else other than tunecore only tunecore had authorization for my information and out of 150+ songs only 60 have been properly licensed by tune core causeing a 60% loss in finances over the course of 2 years

Don't have Artist Spotify link

We are a new company and we do not understand much about the technicalities involved n publishing the music,and since our setup is new our artists/singers are not registered anywhere (So we do not have any spotify link ) and Tunecore has neither sent the reply to this querry nor they have sent us a possible solution to this and it has been more than a week since we sent a mail to them, We have purchased their subscription of Rs 3999 only to avail quick customer care services ,as we will have coupe of querries like this in future too,but unfortunately even after waiting for so long none of our songs have been published by tunecore and we are still waiting .. These were the contents of the mail which could have been easily answered by them "Not understood the artist coloum in the required field..our artist does not have any link of Spotify since they are not registered anywhere as its anew setup"

The lack of pay and the numbers detailed only cover One sources of online income YouTube has similar issues as well as multiple other applications where tunecore is not appropriately collecting my funds on my behalf if they are collecting my funds they are not giving...

Over the past two years I have been working with tunecore exclusively for music distribution since then I have been paid roughly 60 to 90% of my royalties total overtime fluctuating between 60 to 90%. I have had to pay for albums while on the free plan and I've had to give up royalties while on the paid plan now I'm on the professional plan and they're still vistages of the original plans so I'm not totally getting the perks of being on the professional plan my visibility as an artist is being infringed upon directly by tone core either through some error or directly I'm sure caused by of some sort of mistake I have 900,000 views on Spotify I've been paid for for about 500,000 and I did not get 400,000 over the past 3 months I have about 300,000 it's pretty cut and dry that I've made over $2,000 and have been paid far less and it's not only the pay but the numbers themselves that are incorrect the numbers have been adjusted to reflect a 10% decrease when the reality is tunecore could have just said that it was paying taxes or holding 10% back for tax reasons and I would have never asked a question basically there was a right way to do the wrong thing and the wrong thing was done the wrong way at this point roughly $400 is missing and a continuous 5 to 10% of My views are still not being counted to this very day also whenever I am not actively participating in Spotify for artists tunecore takes advantage and lies to me about my statistics also does not provide a way for my company to access Spotify for artists through tunecore after the account has been set up the artist is the only one able to see those metrics and numbers when the entire company should we've done everything necessary for everyone to have access but that's not what's happening here what's happening is a limited access to seeing the truth statistics and if that access is closed on our side for any reason we're being given fabricated statistics that are close to the real statistics but are decidedly less not one time has there been an overage of views and every time I'm being undercut somewhere in the neighborhood of 300 to a couple of thousand views a day I have also literally witnessed my YouTube video go from 1,000 views to 1.2000 views back down to 1.1 back down to 1,000 views and it fluctuated so a song had roughly 500 views and my overall number was lower after that flux there was also an attempt to get in advance that was denied on completely illegitimate reasons or no reason would be given and the fact that they use a third party in order to acquire the advances be given for not giving a reason despite me having made over triple the amount necessary in the time frame necessary in order to receive one

I paid for the "Breakout Artist" plan & Even downloaded the tunecore Artist App used still isn't being able to upload nor create a cover for my Release and when I uploaded my Release it indicates

Because I have not just created an account & signed up with you all, but i have also purchased the "Breakout Artist" plan plus downloaded the tunecore app & purchased the pro features and yet i am still unable to create a cover for my single.

Lack of Customer Service and Lack of response

I closed my account one year ago with TuneCore due to the fact there is NO LIVE customer support, and it cost me more money to pay for fees to TuneCore than I was earning per month. They promised all this promotion for each artist. I am the Artist RolCof, Singer, Songwriter and Co-Producer of all my music. My Husband Alberto is a multi-award winning graphic designer in three countries, and is the creator of all my music videos. For the last six months I have been working on my documentary titled "Seven Years Long Documentary" that includes interview of my older siblings and myself that covers the abuse when I was a child more than forty years ago. The documentary was set to go live for the premier on March 17th 2023 along with all the music including the title track of the documentary "Seven Years Long" music video. Last week I uploaded my documentary using YouTube premium along with several songs and the music video Seven Years Long as well. YouTube prevented me from using my own music video, for which my husband created all the content of the video. To my amazement, TuneCore was still listing me the artist RolCof as (Licenses TuneCore (on behalf of RolCof). One year after I terminated TuneCore service. As I stated earlier, I canceled my TuneCore account more than one year ago. However, they have not removed their Licenses (TuneCore on behalf of RolCof) of my music video titled Seven Years Long. For more than a week, I tried to reach a live person to correct this issue. I sent several request and emails. I have lost money, had to cancel the streaming live video, and this has caused me a tremendous amount of anxiety. Furthermore, I have sent several messages to TuneCore's web address, yet not one answers. As of today, TuneCore is still collecting funds as people watch the video, even though I canceled the account one year ago..

TuneCore has yet released their name from my Licenses (TuneCore (on behalf of RolCof))

I'm the artist RolCof. One year ago, I cancelled my subscription with TuneCore. Never able to reach a living being. My song and music video "Seven Years Long" for which I am the Singer/Songwriter and my husband a Multi Award Winning graphic designer created the music video for which we won two awards for its content and message! One year later, TuneCore is still listed as Licenses (TuneCore - on behalf of RolCof) me the artist. Each time my video plays on YouTube, they are collecting funds illegal because I canceled my ties with TuneCore a year ago, yet they have NOT released themselves from my music video, no payment and caused financial loss .. WHY you ask ... because my documentary "Seven Years Long Documentary" was halted by YouTube because TuneCore has NOT removed themselves from my Licenses on behalf of RolCof. I can't REACH ANYONE, email after email after email. Just the same old generic generated email response from them.
