Would never use online search again. All three I used were waste of money, but at least other 2 unsubscribed me, truth finder just ignored my emails

The search results were incomplete making them worthless. Sent multiple emails requesting my subscription be cancelled. Also for my card to never be billed again for renewal or any other reason. Truthfinder just took almost 30.00 dollars from me again for service I cancelled, do not want, and am less than satisfied with. Stop taking my *** money

Truth finders continue to charge my card and I canceled 3 months ago have never used their service and talked to several representatives to cancel which they said they did it and my bank account is still being charged. Refund my money Y and I will be calling the BBB on you

I had called shortly after I started my trial, but was told no record of that. HOWEVER, when I called this time I got "Germaine or Jermaine" on the line and he was an absolute ANGEL!!! He took care of cancelation and gave me a refund. There is a God! Thank you Jermaine!!!

You think you have my background check right? No you don't ,you know nothing about me, the people I know, there is at least 7 to 8 people you said I know, well guess what your wrong and where I lived again wrong my criminal background check again wrong too; in other words you are just making up *** about me to sell. Not caring who or what kind of person you are selling these lies to or giving a dam what these people could do to me or anyone else for that matter. Your company needs to be rename because it isn't "truth finder"

Whoever the lady is that I talk to is very rude. She doesnt need to get a rude tone like she did with me. She totally ruined my day. I would never want to talk to her again. I literally look for one person thought I had canceled but I guess I didnt. I really would like a refund is what I would like but I guess because I looked at one person I dont get a refund she said I looked at puts up somebody so Im screwed on that and I guess I dont ever wanna speak to her or anybody from your company because of her she was rude in her tone and thats thats a great way to ruin somebodys day so thank you for that. Really appreciate it.

The payment wasnt going through, but I had decided not to go through with the background check so it was a blessing that it did not go through and I just wanted to make sure that you werent trying to pull money. I was charged for a month of serveses I did not order. I was unable to use this because I was never sent the email.
Monthly charge I did not authorize and unable to use the service because no email. I do not want this service and want it stopped and refunded.

You do not let people know how hard it is to get out of this and I will take it to somebody who can do something about it if I don’t hear back from you and I am removed.
Oh, I simply want to unsubscribe as a member and not be charged any more money. How do I do that and how fast can I do that? I have found out all I need to know. My recommendation would be very good if I can get out of this otherwise no. I believe my contract ends today or tomorrow so it needs to be done ASAP

I canceled my membership on March 14 (purchased on March 8), when low on funds, with my unlimited membership paid for until April 8. Since March 14th, I haven't been able to access my membership even though I was charged for a month and have received confirmation emails of the fact that I am supposed to have access until April 8. I have emailed and been ignored after one response. I have now called 3 times today, I was hung up on twice and currently on hold with a nice girl that said she wouldnt hang up on me.

This is a scam and you're never given access to the requested paid for info.
I don't have any confidence in this Not being given my paid info. Every email comes with your info. Is ready to view you open and it takes you back to pay again. This has come 6 or more times again the same thing. Never do they say your info. You can get it by touching here or no indication of How to access the paid for information.
