Someone fraudulently posted my home for sale
I have been trying all day to have a fraudulent posting removed and to no avail. Promises of return calls, telling me they completely understand, all the while we are having people knock on our door and appear in our yard looking at our home. I did not post our home by owner on trulia and cant seem to get them to remove the posting

Change password
When I changed my filters they dont chyon the app. I dont know how to change the location of the search. I deleted the account but I continue to get the same properties, same locations. I also changed the pricing but it goes back to previous ones.

JP Hansen Properties are a Scam
I had a landlord scam me out of $3500 after seeing and applyong for a property on Trulia. After I signed the lease and paid the deposit the man called me and said my application was declined and did not refund any of my money back. He has two listings one I know for sure is 19628 Laci st Omaha, NE. His name is JP Hansen and also goes by James Hansen.

Unable to talk with a agent
So I try to call Trulia and I get a form I have to fill out first, then I get sent to a realtor or buyer line with no other options. I have a renter account, I should be able to get a person but book. Part 2 Then I get a page for a office but I have to pay $5.00 to proceed. Are you kidding me.get real.

Never received response about property
I am writing you today because I sent multiple emails about a property for a few weeks now. I never received a response from anyone. I then go and get on the website this morning and it now says that the property is off the market. I am not very happy and will not stop here until I get a phone call or a very good email on why I never received a response. I have already one phone call into Trulia as well. Fraud
Payments, ie numerous payments required, all non refundable, deposits and prorated rent for the month of July, with a move in date of Friday, July 6th at 2pm, to get keys. We paid for the electricity to be turned and water and WiFi as well, at our new rental house, in Irmo, SC. For a week before our move in, we tried emailing, texting and calling and got NO RESPONSE!! They, American Ave Property management, were no where to be found! All of our apartment is packed and we rented a trailer, we gave proper notice of moving out to our apartment complex. We will be homeless due to the American Ave, which we found on Trulia, a company we felt comfortable using and that we could trust that they would not allow a fraudulent company to advertise on their website. We are out of $2000 and our move out date is July 18th and we will be homeless. I am graduating nursing school in 3 weeks and the added stress this has caused us is immense! I have to study for my NCLEX, like a board for RNs. Now Im completely stressed and depressed! We filed a police report and have a case number, but what we want, is to move into the house we signed a lease contract for 2 years!! The power and water is already on there, IN OUR NAME!! TRULIA, you should be ashamed of yourself! We are praying that you will right the wrong, that you were a part of by not researching the companies you advertise!! I PRE-QUALIFIED FOR A MORTGAGE AFTER FIXING MY CREDIT!
I am so happy to have consulted a Credit Specialist.
