Broken scope

Shortly after posting this feedback on PissedConsumer, the company reached out to me and sent me a whole new left-handed bow sight, not just the riser assembly I needed. So the issue is resolved, but it took extreme measures to get a resolution, so I'll keep this...

Range Rover Pro compound bow sight which costs nearly $250 promises to be ambidextrous, but the catch is that to install it on a LH bow, one needs a riser assembly they no longer manufacture and will not ship to you, so you're welcome to pay huge money for a product you can't use, but we won't do anything to try and help you benefit from your purchase or fix the situation. THAT'S FALSE ADVERTISING! Customer service was fast and responsive both on the phone and by email, but unfortunately they don't know their own products, struggled finding the needed part, and eventually just said that they no longer make it and won't be able to help. This is a company which makes bow sights - nope, can't help a left-handed shooter. Offered zero empathy or any meaningful attempts to rectify the situation. Sight is going back to the store and I'm done with TRUGLO products! UPDATE! Non specific specs
Still no intelligible differentiation of sight HEIGHT between the different length slide 3, 4, 5. Question is: the KIMBER ultra carry 3 officer size, does the only kimber sight pkg have compatibility at this length slide? No one seems to know. Have you not tested your product? It is VERY expensive and resource consuming to install, go and shoot, and find its not even close. I know this from experience. Just want to KNOW that the sights are coordinated to work on this 3 platform. Please have definitive answers about YOUR product. And educate your contact people about specifics. Nice sights. Want to buy your products. Please KNOW your product. I need to know if this works. WORKS! Thanks. Please reply with solid info.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. Product is flawed and doesn’t work properly and there has been no communication from Truglo. I wasted $200.
I want to find a solution to the problem of a front sight popping off the pistol! Evidently this part is flawed and doesnt fit tightly on the slide. One simple phone call should help with this but here I have to use a third party?? Ridiculous.

Broken sight
customer service was very bad knowing that i have bought truglo sights on %85 of my firearms. this was only time i contact truglo for a warranty they did not honor in which they advertise. so i told the service guy i will see truglo at the nra Convention this april and let them know. i guess i will take the truglo sights off all my firearms & our units switch to trijicon which i do have on some of my firearm. trijicon has a good warranty & customer Service.

I lost the battery cap for a trugloe site last year. I found a website for truglo where are you can buy a replacement cap. I called them up and asked for a replacement. They said their policies have changed and they no longer offered this option since they had been bought by GSM Outdoors. They said they would remove the website. I recently was looking for a replacement for the battery cap again. Looking online I again found that true Glo had updated their website for 2023 and were again offering replacement caps. I again called customer service thinking they may have changed their policies. No such luck!! If they are not going to sell the parts then get rid of the damn website.

Customer service is horrible
Bought tfx pros for a gen 5 Glock . It comes with 2 front sight screws a .100 and a .080 for gen 4 -5 . My gun shop accidentally used the long screw and threw away the package that had the shorter screw in the upper card stock . I reached out to them through email 4 times with no response. Called and waited 46 min to speak with a representative. They said they will not send me a replacement screw I have to buy the entire 120 dollar sight to get the shorter screw . Absolutely ridiculous that they wont sent a 1 cent screw . I offered to pay as well and they are like nope sorry . I have 6 sets in f Tfx pros on different guns . They have lost me as a customer forever .

Want to buy an optic dovetail plate for a s&w shield ez
Tried all 3 phone numbers on the website. First thing you get is, why are you calling?. I answered that, and got sent to a phone (by the T/G operator) that does not have a mailbox to record calls. Called again, filled out the email form, and finally ended inline to talk to a CS rep. After 15 minutes, I hung up. I was looking for an optic mount for my S&W Shield EZ. TG is not the only seller of said mount, and I went elsewhere. TG has a good rep, but poor, difficult communications expertise.

The sights are tfx i paid $140, plus tax and right out the package the front tube is scratched up don't pick light up well day or night rear sights ok but theyregarbage for the price well the ones I got... I'd like a replacement I don't have my packaging or reception but they have warrantIEA...
