Terrible Product and Service
Lock was working well for almost a year and then suddenly wouldnt recognize my code anymore for no reason and all it would do is flash red. I tried calling customer service and it says theyre too busy to take calls at this time and to leave a message which I have left several messages over a week ago and they dont call back. Worthless product and company making Menards look bad.

Row of buttons not working
An electrical problem with the door *** and the representative sent me a new replacement and was very professional. I will do business with this company again very impressed.

Unlock button not working
No one from company calls back Ive called numerous times Bad customer service How many messages does a customer need to leave Ill try next to contact Menards and see if they will make it right since Trubolt doesnt seem to care

Lock quit working
Can't reset pin number, so what will not work. When I try calling customer service rings but seven eight times and disconnects. I have spent hours online trying to get the code to reset and it won't. I would like to get a hold of customer service to get this resolved, I would like them to replace the lock.

Keypad on door not unlocking
My keypad will not unlock or lock. We always had a problem with one of the numbers sticking. But lately that's not working we change the code not using that number. Apparently it's not taken any number changes. I tried to call customer service from this account and it will disconnect, after about 5 to 7 rings.

I had to rip it off my door in order to get to my car I want a new one I believe it was a lemon , I bought 2 at the time and the other one works just fine

Bad product, but horrible customer service
$175 wifi lock for our Airbnb died after 4-5 months. It was only used maybe a dozen times. So batteries died during winter and I went to the house in spring to replace them. Replaced them with several kinds of new batteries, tried a reset and still nothing. Contacted customer service via email and got a quick response. Had several emails back in forth to resolve my issue. Was told that a replacement will be processed. Waited 5 days. Emailed them back asking when will I be receiving it. No response. Emailed again 2 days later stating that this was for my Airbnb and I need an update as to when I'll be receiving it. Got a response the next day stating that it was on back order and that they just received a shipment of locks and that it will be shipping the next day. I replied saying thank you for finally letting me know. I received an apology for the delay. 7 days go by and still nothing. I emailed again stating that I haven't received it yet and that I was renting my house out in 2 days. Told them their customer service sucks. 4 days go by and still nothing, no response, no tracking number was ever given to me either during this whole situation. I emailed one last time stating that their customer service is bs. I can't stand companies that treat customers like this. Bottom line is, keep your customers in the loop as to what's going on. A quick email is not that difficult to do. It will keep your customers from going nuclear.

Trubolt lock not unlocking
Trubolt key less entry door lock (Orion) would not unlock our door. I reached out to Trubolt for help and could never contact anyone. I sent review to Pissed off consumer and was contacted by Trubolt representative and and he seemed very helpful. At the end of our conversation Trubolt was going to send us another Orion key less door lock. As of yet I have not seen the other lock and I have tried several times to reach out to the representative, without any luck. So here I still set with a Trubolt lock that does not work and unable to contact anyone with Trubolt again. Lock not working. All buttons work except unlock button.
The lock and the rest of the buttons all work fine. The unlock button has given me problems from the beginning. Sometimes you would have to press it twice, then three times, then four. It kept getting worse all the time until one day it just wouldn't open anymore. Sometimes you would have to press it hard and long. But nothing works anymore. This has been a problem since it was new. I want a new lock and I'll send you mine.

My problem has been resolved. I got the new door part, Jon Thomson walked me through programing and I love these locks!!
I had a dred bl oly t not working I had a dead bolt not working. I finally got the number of a guy who really helped me. Sent out a new lock and when I called him back he was happy to help me program the second tru-bolt door lock! Thank you Jon!

No one answers the damn phone
Try to get a hold of someone a dozen times nobody ever answers the phone If they want to sell a product I don't know why it don't answer their phone if you got a question

Very many problems
Lock not reliable. First the number 3 wouldn't work now it's the zero. Lock was installed January 2022. I had a keyless lock in another state many yrs without problems. Very disgusted. Have to use key now to open the door. What's the sense?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Sent new lock and John T helped me program!
He was Great!!! I love these door locks on our new garage!.

3 weeks ago I had customer service guy very helpful walk me through putting in garage door tru-bolt locks that our contractor put in backwards. We noticed one of the bolts had a lock that needed to be replaced. Still waiting for that lock to arrive!??
