Terrible service
They said there was no florist in PA they could use to deliver my order. Said I would receive a refund. That was March 2020. Despite repeated emails and phone calls, I never received refund. This place is a total rip-off and should be put out of business.

I ordered flowers on Feb 20. to be delivered to friends that we were going to be visiting . Delivery was supposed to be on Feb 24... They texted me on the 24th saying price would increase by $20.00. I said to cancel my order and they said they would refund my $$$$ of $62.04. They NEVER did and I have tried to contact them...no answer. THEY SHOULD Be arrested...what a scam business.

Funeral spray ordered from Troys florist , paid for and never delivered.
On Jan. , 25, 2020 I ordered a spray to be delivered to the funeral home for the funeral of Marianne Roxanne Ryan. The flowers were never delivered, and I have contacted Troy's customer service and was told a refund would be sent for the $123.03. Refund was never sent and I have emailed twice now asking for the refund. They will not even respond to me now. Bad business place if the florist even exist. They may be just a scam for online customers to throw their money away. Do not order from them.

No refund given after order was canceled
I have been requesting for a refund for an order that was cancelled. It has been over a month and they just keep telling me they will look into it!

I placed an order with them in December and they never delivered the flowers. Kept saying their computer was down and they would refund the money. This went on for a few weeks. I reported them to my bank as fraud and on March 1, I finally got the funds returned. These people are worthless and should be in jail! DO NOT ORDER from them!!

Ordered well in advance to assure delivery of flowers for mother's 95th birthday, these dimwits dropped the ball.

Call a REAL local florist
am a REAL flower shop and they hide the information that they were Troy's Flowers trying to place an order - I would not have taken the order if I had know it was them calling. It did sound suspicious and the girl - Kayla - said she was ordering for her boss in fact she was not. She agreed to a designers choice in pinks and whites with what ever I could fill the order with for 45.00 plus our delivery and tax . When the recipient received the flowers, she sent the customer a picture. He then in turn called us to say he didn't get what he ordered and found out that he had paid much more. I in turn tried calling Troy's Flowers only to be hung up on and only after repeatedly calling the number did Kayla start screaming at me and telling me that she was reporting me for harassment. AVOID unless you enjoy being ripped off.
My local newscast just did a story exposing this *** this con man. Reporters showed up at a house to which the orders are directed. They wouldn't answer the door. Notorious for sending a much cheaper/uglier version of the flower order then pocketing the difference. News also showed the HUGE mansion this lowlife lives in. Hope he enjoys prison for ripping off hundreds of people. His days are numbered. Thankfully. Here's the news story.........

WORST FLOWER DELIVERY. THIS "BUSINESS" MUST BE SHUT DOWN!
I ordered the "Spring Tulip Surprise" flower arrangement for my friend's 40th birthday to be delivered to her workplace. I wanted to make a sweet surprise of her favorite flowers and instead.. I was ashamed of what she received. Instead of beautiful 20 tulips, she received worthless and old flowers - 3 flimsy roses and 3 carnations, and yellow filler flowers. Petals were folded and ripped. Rosebuds were soft and the flower heads leaning down. It was simply a pathetic arrangement. I paid the total $80 for this birthday surprise - it's a rip-off. Customer service responded to my email saying that the florist didn't have tulips, so they tried to replace tulips with similar flowers, aiming to keep the same color and equal value. Equal value?! I would not have taken it for free! Nobody called me to let me know that the florist did not have tulips and, they offered a 10% refund! Are you serious?! I disputed this payment through my bank. Somebody has to shut down this "business". These people are scammers.

Ordered bouquet of flowers online. Everything went smoothly until I got an email saying that they couldnt deliver on the day promised. Told them OK. Next day received another email saying that they had tried to call me (no record of call on MY phone). Told me that no one in my delivery area could do the flower order. Promised refund, and I WILL do CC chargeback if I have to. Total waste of my time.

Scam, do not order from them. After verbally assuring me that my order would be fulfilled, I ordered online, per their instructions, I did and the same day my order was rejected, but they charged my card. No refund was given. When I called the only number provided, the woman on the other end said I needed to contact their costumer service through email, there is no way to contact by phone and no physical address. The company is in NJ, but the site made to seem as though I was speaking to the florist the actual florist in AZ.

Troy's Florist did not deliver the arrangement I had selected. They substituted with a fresh flower arrangement which was not of equal value. Troy's Florist DID NOT contact me regarding the substitution. When I contacted them, they were rude &;; could care less of my dissatisfaction. They promised a 30% discount off my bill back in March 2019, but I have yet to see the credit on my account. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau along with Attorney General's office.

888 414 **** do not call for Flowers. They are in NJ and also have a number in CA where you are promised a return call from the CA number. Never calls!

I ordered flowers for a funeral. Was promised they would be delivered to the funeral home by noon the day of the funeral. Received an email they were delivered the Saturday before the funeral. However, flowers NEVER DELIVERED. I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get a refund. You cannot talk to them via phone as the RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP says you have to send an e-mail. I have 2 e-mails indicating they are refunding my money. As of yet, still no refund . I have now contacted my bank.

Never shop Troys Florist
Worst company ever. They sent flowers, but not the dozen roses I ordered. They sent day lilies and carnations. There was not one single rose in the bouquet. Yuk!!! It wasn't even a pretty bouquet. Plus I paid for the roses. I asked that they send the correct order, which they wouldn't do. They offered a 20% refund which they never followed through on. I thought I was ordering from a local florist in my parent's home town. Turns out, NOT, and my mother didn't pay attention to who delivered the flowers so I can't even complain to them. They don't even deserve a zero rating!!
