This company has scammed us and many others in different states.He was paid by our insurance company to restore our home after a fire. He never finished the *** work he done. He is being sued for fraud and has filed bankruptcy on this company and has opened a new scamming company named elements restorations. Please do not hire anyone with the name Payne or gallauer. fact! He has had many businesses and files bankruptcy and opens a new business. He is listed on sunbiz.org and corportionwiki.com with all his crooked businesses. I am appalled he has gotten away with this for many years. never hire

Contractor scammed us for insurance money
Troy Payne Restorations and Interiors Out of st Petersburg fl.We hired these guys to restore our home after a horrific fire It was awful from day 1 but did get better for a minute. The house was never secured , what a friggin mess, the front door does not work, the siding is coming off, I have no floors, no cabinets , the recepacles on the walls are crooked, the garage did not pass city inspection, this company had no licensed workers. Troy Payne was paid for 91 percent completion there is only 30 percent done. He took our money and left whe the job got to overwhelmimg for him. he is a crook with all his puppets. we have gone before the state attorney for mediation. it was determined he is a scammer but he refuses to give back money. In Texas he has lost his license to do business because of fraud. Our new contractor was appalled when he saw the mess.....I have legal paperwok and photos to prove this. This is not slander for it us all true. He cant prove otherwise. please stay away from anything named Payne or Gallaher.
