Disappointed with my Tiger sport 660

Hi Triumph, This is Nagaraj from India addressing my issue, I had ordered my Tiger sports 660 on June 08 2023. On July 3rd the Keerthi Triumph had received the bike and they made a week delay to inform me. Upon this without my consent they have done the unboxing for which Im very much disappointed. While booking the vehicle had personally informed them not to unbox the vehicle without my consent, but still they had done the unboxing. Kindly get me the justice for this incident. Thank you

Problem

To whom it may concern, I'm sending this e-mail from Turkey. Last month, 16th of June, I've bought a new 0 km. Triumph Tiger 850 Sport from your Turkey Dealer KORLAS and at 17th my new motorcycle didn't work. We called your Ankara Technical service department and they advise us to bring the motorcycle to their technical service at Ankara. We rent a Motorcycle carry truck service and bring it to your Ankara Technical service. At your service 2 times it did the same problem. We leaved the motorcycle there and 1 week later they called us and inform that our motorcycle is ready. We get it and 40km. later we stopped somewhere else at around Ankara and it didn't work again. We again pick up our 0km. boughted motorcycle to the service and this time it stays 2 more weeks there, you can ask all these reports from your Ankara Service. Today we went to pick up our motorcycle and again it did the same mistake!!! Now I'm asking what can I do? I bought a 0km. motorcycle from my Love Brand and it lets me loose more than 1 month without my motorcycle. I paid so much money for carrying the motor to service, service payment, mine personal transfers 3 times from another city (250km far away from Ankara, my hometown is Karabük), etc... etc... etc.. Now they are offering me to pay my money back which is not acceptable surely. It's not good for my Lovely brand offered this to me... Today if I want to buy the same model 0km. I need to pay 10.000TL. more than I bought, I waste so much time and Money Why Ill loose again and again? I dont want to be law courted solution result for this case because of this reason decided to write to you after 1 months but until now no any solution, no any acceptable offer than this is our last chance to solve this probem without whole Turkeys hearing from social medias, newspapers, etc Im so serious because Im so so so much unhappy. As a result only the solution way which I can accept is; I want a new motorcycle. I'll never drive this one. I can give it back to Istanbul Korlas and my request is please let them to give me any similar second hand motorcycle in order to let me drive until my new motorcycl will comes to me. I'm ready to pay the price difference of Model 900 instead of this 850 model. I'm waiting your early reply in order not to loose my trust to my Lovely brand Triumph... They made me so unhappy and now I'm asking your great help... I never loose my believe to Triumph, please let me keep it forever... I'm waiting your early reply... I want to speak to Customer Services regarding an issue with my tiger 1200

When I rang up triumph Customer Services I was put through to the department that was required to help me but unfortunately after ringing several times it went through to answerphone I left my details and a message, hopefully someone will ring me back to discuss my issue.

Lack of parts

Anytime you need anything from them, it will be at least a week, even simple things like nuts and bolts. I've even had to wait 3 weeks because nobody in the states had the part, so it had to be shipped from overseas. I've been riding triumphs for over 10 years, and the lack of parts availability is making me consider changing brands. If something breaks on your bike expect at least 1 to 2 weeks without your bike.

Harassment

Dear Triumph Management,My name is Arvind Yadav. I am a one f the senior rider in Delhi India. I own lots of bikes but worst experience with Triumph. I visited One triumph for Tiger 1200 test ride, they arranged Tiger 800 test ride & forced me to book instantly as they create story we have just Last Tiger 1200 in triumph plant I have to book now & show much other stories.After pressure even without test ride I booked Tiger 1200 XCx from one triumph Gurugram,Haryana ,India dated 18/11/2019 & transferred 100****/ Lakh as a booking amount in one triumph account .Later I checked there is lots of other 1200 was available in triumph. How they are making fool clients & damaging Triumph image in india Triumph India & Triumph UK should look at this.After few days of booking in my family my real uncle die & after my uncle my real aunty die, that was shock for our family because of this my father also had a paralyzed attack. In between I told mr. Punit showroom manager one triumph I can’t take bike in this sad situation in my family. He start create stories Triumph can’t refund etc. I also visited one triumph owner office also he was also not available for meeting. After lots of efforts & approx 3 months they refund my money but deduct 50000/. I asked why they not refund full amount they said buy some accessories from showroom. I am very upset & Facing harassment from Triumph from November 2019. I don’t want to bring this matter in media or biking community because it will damge Company reputation .I know how much hard work Triumph india & senior management doing for there brand. I hope Triumph india will refund my 50000/ as soon as possible without any more harassment.Thank You,Arvind Yadav, 981031****

Oil Pressure

Good day. I own a 2015 Thunderbird that has traveled 71,000 km and suddenly the oil pressure light came on and stayed on at low RPM. I stopped and checked my oil all OK. Restarted the bike and the light was still on. There were no rattles or knocks so I carried on. The light went out and stayed out at times. I traveled 160 km that day. The next day OK. a couple of day's later it was doing it again. Since then I took my Bike into a Triumph dealer to be checked. All OK then. since then I have had the light come on a few times. I have now changed the pressure switch. Still the same. I removed the switch and checked using a pressure gauge. When you start from cold Pressures are fine the hotter it gets the lower the pressure. That is fine to. Until it gets to running temp and the cooling fan is cycling then the pressure on idle is 0 to 3 lbs per square inch. and you have to bring the RPM up to around 900 RPM before the pressure goes up. I have changed the oil to 15/50 synthetic. and its made no difference. I am a bit worried about this because sometimes when riding at 110 KMH the light comes and goes and below this speed it comes on as well. It does not happen all the time you could ride it all day and all is OK. then another day it plays up. Could you please help me out here Before I pull the motor apart trying to find the fault. Have you had this before? Or is there something I can do? At 71,000 KM the engine should not have these sort of problems. It uses no oil and runs like a dream. It has had it's regular services as well. I keep my bikes in prestige condition with all the regular checks. Yours Faithfully Dave Humphrey

Pathetic experience in buying one of my dream bike

After waiting for almost 2 years I booked street twin. Right after a week I had to cancel it due to some personal emergency. I also told the executive I would be waiting for another year or so as I had spent quite on the personal emergency. To which I was told the 25k of cancellation amount would not be refunded at any cost. I was really disappointed by the reason provided to me. They had booked the insurance on my name and the bike was ordered from some other triumph dealer as they never had it in their stock. This reason was given to me by the General Manager of shaman triumph. I mean such a false statement by such a GM of a premium motorcycle dealer. This was really disappointing .... Has anyone gone through the same pls let me know your experience. As these points should also be taken to the the end users

Forcefully deducting my booked amount

Booked a triumph street triple on 16 feb from mumbai shaman motors pvt ltd From aawaiz shaikh but cancel due to personal reasons so now they are charging and deducting 25k for cancellation is it fair

Big failure of Roadside Assistance at Mumbai India

My husband Prof Chakor Mehta bought a Thunderbird Storm in Oct 2017 from Shaman Motors Mumbai after a detailed survey about various available options of superbike and found Triumph as the best. We were happy with the performance of bike. Today he, alongwith his rider buddies started from mumbai to pune to participate in a superbike show. After riding approx 100 kms, the bike broke down. He immediately called road side assistance at 8.15am and sought for help. He was told that the towing vehicle will reach him in 2 hours time. Tired of standing on road and waiting for the towing vehicle to reach, he again called up RSA to find out the status at around 11.30am. Again he was told that the vehicle will reach there in next one hour. In sheer desperation for help, he called Shaman Motors, but they directed him to call RSA only, saying that they can't do anything. Since 12.30 noon, the RSA people are seeking for 10 minutes time on each call. Finally the vehicle reached to my husband at 2.30pm. It was very disappointing experience. Just not expected from a brand like triumph. In no way, the vehicle requires more than 6 hours to travel 100 kms distance, that too in an emergency. My husband is a diabetic, he had no access to food from morning 8.15 till now. Who will be responsible if his health would have gone worse ?? I request you to please look into this matter. PROUD @ UNHAPPY CUSTOMER OF TRIUMPH

HAI, I am proud to say that am a member of triumph bikes family with my new Bonneville T100 ****model which I start ride from last7days , But am really disappointed with your dealer at kochi, kerala-India , I buy demo bike from their showroom , I was planning to buy a new one,but they only give me suggestion to buy the demo bike, while the time of delivery and after that I have below complaints which is not yet repaired :- 1. The bike look like too old on delivery time 2. Not cleaned and polished properly 3. Promised warranty period not available on time of delivery 4. Promised accessories were not there on delivery 5. such a costly bike they are cheapest helmet in india 6. 1hour after delivery basic needs of bike is not working (Horn and the indicators), technician came to my home repair it even he couldn't rectify the complaint and he went back, the complaint still remains same , by gods grace I luckly escaped from 3 major accidents because of not working the basic needs of a bike. still now no update from the dealer , they were asking me to come to the showroom which is 140km far away from home , I have suggest them to give me a replacement and this for repair , they were not accepting that. what ever we ask for they have only one reply , NO OUR COMPANY DOESNOT HAVE THAT OPTION. Leaking indicators

All four indicators rattle and leak all four have been replaced by Laguna triumph but new ones still rattle and let in water can see this as a big problem this winter in my opinion bad design done on the cheap rest of bike is perfectly healthy belt wine I cured with silicon spray on. A weekly basis

Triumph Bonneville vibration

Today I returned to the dealer my 2018 Bonneville T120 because I was dissatisfied with the vibration that I now understand is a characteristic of all Triumph engines of this model. I had put 150 miles on the bike in the two and a half weeks I had owned it. The vibration, in both the handlebars and seat, was enough to numb my hands. I experience it at engine speeds above 3000 rpm even in simple cruising, when I usually am comfortable in the 3000-**** rpm range. In contrast my 2015 Bonneville T100 is smooth throughout the rpm range. I'll keep the 2015 judging the 2018 to be an inferior product. Buy a 2018 Bonneville T120 only after riding it and determining that you can put up with the vibration.

INDIA to London ride

I am King Richard an adventure rider from Bangalore, India. This is to bring to your kind notice that we (I and my friend) are planning for an adventure ride from Bangalore to London, starting on the 15th of April 2018, using Triumph Tiger XCX and XRX bikes. We had approached the Bangalore office and Delhi headoffice requesting their support for this expedition and have followed up through mails and a number of phone calls since 2 months, but we have not received even a single response towards the same. We were very confident about these bikes for our ride to London and hence we had specifically purchased it for this purpose, but we have now got to know through another source that these bikes are not up to the mark for this expedition and hence Triumph India fears to make any kind of commitment. Hence I request you to let us know whether we will receive any support for our ride from your side. Also let us know if we will have this problem even in the other countries that we will be passing through to reach London. If this is the case we will arrange alternative bikes for our expedition.
