Cancelation to the trimdown club
I no longer would like to be a part of trim down. and would like to cancel my subscription. all the information for this item for pics are no longer available and should not be asked for because this information should be in your records, not mine please allow me to stop getting money taken off of my credit card.

All I want to do is get my refund as I canceled it immediately. I am still being charged. I called and cant speak to anyone. They just want my routing & account number for a freaking Walmart card. I would not give the information so the guy hung up on me. I just want it cancelled and a refund.

This charge was unauthorized. Ive attempted to make contact via phone and e-mail. The phone number listed is incorrect and the site will not allow me to submit my e-mail.

After canceling all of my trimmed down accounts I ask for a refund however then on 1116 I was charged $10.59 again after cancelation.

I canceled all areas of membership, however there was a charge on 11/16. I was not very happy to find this charge after I had already canceled all services through trim down but yeah you do not honor the cancelations.

If someone does not contact me or give me a proper phone number to call I will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau. I canceled months ago and Im still getting charged. This is absolutely absurd

Very confused about some things Not having success receiving a code.
When I initially signed up. there was no follow-up. Received no information about the program. Next thing,Im charged $10. I would like to cancel and not be charged further. In addition, the account that was used to sign up is about to be closed because I was scammed. What is the simplest way to solve this ? Dissapointed because I was excited about the program. No patience for poor customer service.
