Tricia is a fraud!
Tricia isn't even a kitchen designer! Not to mention her personality and customer service skills are horrible. I have visited their showroom twice trying to get a kitchen design and was not even greeted when i walked in. All she said is what do you want? . Both her "partners" that made up Trilogy left because she is not a good business owner. I would highly suggest you RUN away from this company!! I am shocked they havnt filed BK yet due to her bad business practices. If you are reading this now save your time and go to Home Depot. At least you will get them to return a voice mail. Owe and BTW she never answers the office phone so why even bother leaving a message.

Tricia Sauvé from Trilogy Kitchens in Arlington Heights is a horrible kitchen designer. I provided her company a deposit only for her to send me a design my 3 year old could have came up with. I thought by visiting a kitchen design company you would get better service otherwise I would have gone to Home Depot and had a 18 year old design my kitchen. Not to mention when I asked her questions she game me condescending and rude remarks about my home. As if I couldn't afford a new kitchen. What ever you do DON"T do business with Tricia Sauvé from Trilogy Kitchens in Arlington Heights!!

They are not reliable and don't keep their word
Owner came to my home and measured for a new bath. Told me she's get a quote to me in two weeks, or to call her. Called her in three weeks; she re-iterated she'd get me a quote. MONTHS later, no quote. No return call to decline interest in my job. And no call with a name of another contractor who she said is excellent if they could not do the job. She could have at least called me back to say I needed to find another firm to do the work--not that I was *** enough to wait. Thanks for . . .

Trisha Scammed me out of a Design Deposit!
I gave Tricia Sauvé Trilogy Kitchens and Remodeling a design deposit. I then never received any designs or quotes. I have since contacted my lawyer and submitted a complaint to Illinois States Attorney Consumer Fraud. The is a thief and this scammer of a company needs to be closed down. I heard Meghan use to be a owner here but left because of Tricia's unethical ways. Please pass the word to never use this company. Allegedly The Illinois Fraud Department is currently investigating this company. I gave Tricia Sauvé Trilogy Kitchens and Remodeling a design deposit. I then never received any designs or quotes. Loved Megan, didn't love (or even like) Tricia Sauvé. Tricia is unfriendly, rude even, and not terribly helpful. I'd love to go back and work with Megan but to be honest, I'm too afraid of Tricia. She seemed bored and annoyed by my questions and almost angry when I didn't see the point she was trying (but often unable) to articulate. When I walked in for our appointment she was standing there with her arms folded, watching me. No one else in the store. After a long, uncomfortable silence I finally said ""Hi, I'm Cece"". And she just stood there with her arms folded and said ""I know"". Uh, ok, off to a nice, friendly start. I went to Trilogy (as opposed to say, Home Depot) because I wanted someone with experience. But when I sat with Tricia she basically just asked me ""What cabinet do you want here?"", ""Do you want a drawer or a shelf here?"". That's what they do at Home Depot. When I go to a boutique design firm I want you to give me ideas and suggestions for the space, not just wait for me to come up with the ideas. And get this, after spending an hour working on the kitchen design I happened to ask about another cabinet line they carried. Tricia said ""Oh yeah, that would probably be even better quality and value than the one you picked"". Really? You couldn't have suggested that before we spent and hour working on the other cabinet line?!? But Tricia was *** even rolling her eyes when I asked a question or didn't understand what she was trying (again, not very articulately) to explain. She's not very polished, that's for sure. So only 1 star for Tricia's rude, disinterested, and less than helpful attitude. I refuse to ever work with her. Sorry Megan!

Trilogy Kitchens & Remodeling of Arlington Height Illinois has Poor workmanship by Anthony and his crews!!! My floors are warped!!! This company has no idea what they are doing!! Check out other reviews online and the BBB they have an F rating ! If I could give this "Trio" a negative rating I would! From the back round checks my lawyer has made they have only been in business a couple years. Before spending your hard earned money on a kitchen or flooring project check around, there are a lot of companies in the Schaumburg, Arlington Heights Illinois area for a lot cheaper and do better work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! I'M PISSED!
