Unhappy with service in bidding
Treasure Valley refused to clearly detail a simple window replacement and refused to even do the work when I questioned how they were replacing trim on a window. I simply wanted clarity of how the exterior trim would be replaced and sealed. I found the person visiting the property to be nice, but the follow up with the quote was frustrating and unclear. I am a 40 year experienced builder and was astonished at their lack of customer care. They lose my and any referral what so ever.

The contractors were highly argumentative with us and at times seemed like they were ready to quit. Not hiring this company again.

Treasure Valley Exteriors Kelly Eslinger
We called them to get some siding repaired and their salesman was extremely pushy and aggressive and kept trying to sell us on getting a whole roof replacement and all the windows replaced which we didn't need. These aggressive sales tactics may work on some people however for me it's a major turnoff. I will NOT hire Treasure Valley Exteriors or any company that Kelly Eslinger is a part of.

TVE are more of an annoying sales company than a contractor company.
Where do I start? Extremely aggressive sales practices. Harassing door-to-door salesmen. No respect for your privacy. They won't stop calling once they get a hold of your phone number. They subcontract much of the work out to other contractors. They are essentially just a middleman. They charge a hefty finder's fee. We went with another contractor and couldn't be happier - if only though we could get TVE to stop harassing us. TVE are more of an annoying sales company than a contractor company.

ROOFING Company
Signed contract for a new roof. This company did not show up on time. they only worked for a few hours each day and strung out a two day job into 4 day and two of those day I had my garage blocked by a dump truck that was leaking diesel fuel constantly out of the gas tank they had a cup under it but it overflowed all over my driveway. Owner had said several times he would clean it up and never did. I have paid him several thousand already and owe him 750.00 and told him I would hold payment if he didn't clean it up, but I didn't I am still waiting for the clean up in front of my house and on my drive way. This action by this has shown total disregard to my personal property and has now threatened to put a lien on my house as it is up for sale, by calling my realtor and telling her I owe this stupid high amount to him and he is putting a lien on my house. Then I get a call from realtor and she explains to me that she can not show this house at this time because there is a lien that is being put on your house because I haven't paid the roofer. that is all a lie. first no payment was due, and what right does he have to defame my character by saying I didn't not pay him when he got a check for 7900.00 or about that much and then my first payment of 250.00 wasn't due yet. All the trouble he has caused me I still paid him and it isn't me not to pay a bill AND PAY IT ON TIME. MY issue with this company is that the have not completed the job be not cleaning up their mess. so I will be holding the last payment until its done that gives the almost 3 months and I am writing them a letter and telling them I will do next
