I have not received my W2

I worked for tread quarters on Airline Blvd, Portsmouth Va 23704 around the end of 2019.. I was incarcerated and just getting out I was hoping to get my 2019 w2..all I really need is my employee number when I worked there and I can file for my w2..thank you for your help

Disappointed in trad quarters

Need to speak to someone about bad business Tread Quarters. Tread Quarters. Tread Quarters didn't pay for any damage to my car while in their care. The insurance company didn't pay for the repairs because they felt we pick the keys up to Day to pickup truck car up the next day. The catalytic converter was cut out while in Tread Quarters care. Dawn the service manager tried to get the insurance company understand that it was Tread Quarters's responsibility but they were not pay to have it he truck repaired.

Poor service

I recommended my son to take his truck to the N. Pleasantburg Dr Greenville SC 29609 store for a service and tires. I have always gone to This store for my own vehicles oil changes. This store is now as sorry as can be. Not only did they break a plug off and had to keep the truck two days but put a different tire on than was on the bill and charged over $900. Now the truck will hardly run and they are saying that they didn't know how it was running when he brought it in so refused to do anything more. Very poor customer service. You have now lost my business and my friends who I had recommended. I worked fur a customer service company fir over 43 years and this is certainly not how we did business. I didn't receive my refund check

I was told by the staff at Tread Quarters in Suffolk that I would receive a phone call and a refund by ten days..I called the customer service no. And spoke with a staff person..She said the final approval had not been approve..I called on the 11th day to inquire. I was told it could be 24 to 48 hours before a decision is made. Very unprofessional the way the co. Is handling the business transaction. I have been a loyal customer over 10 years or more.

Disappointed

2 weeks ago I went to have my brakes done and mentioned that since the 3 wks prior when they rotated my tires during my oil change that my car was vibrating. The mechanic came out showed me one of my tires and said I needed new back shocks. I could not see the wear he on the tire he was showing me, but said they would rotate &;;;;;;;;;;;; rebalance the tires and then charged me for it and I got a quote for the shocks. The vibration continued. Today 2 weeks after, I got a second opinion, there is nothing wrong with my shocks and the tires were never balanced, so they rotated & balanced them for Free! Mind you I had never been to this NTB location. I have been going to TQ Pembroke for 2 yrs. As soon as I hit the road I noticed the difference, took it straight to the interstate and it was great no vibration. No pulling. I am very disappointed and feel taken advantage of by TQ. I am requesting my money back for the rotation and Balance they clearly didn't do. I feel like they needed it to keep the vibrating to convince me to spend $500 on shocks I didn't need replaced. I now don't trust this TQ location and now am worried about other work I have had done there.

Being threatened

I came into the store off of Holland Road asking who authorized the work on my vehicle and the guy started telling me dont come in here talking that *** and told me he gets off at 6 if I wanted to wait around and fight

Unsatisfied with service

I took my vehicle in because of horrible scrubbing and other noises coming from the front of my vehicle. I had to drive 70 plus miles to get it serviced. I explained the situation, asked them to take it for a test drive, as I had no idea what it could be. I had to rent a car to drive back home and keep until my vehicle was repaired. I got a call the next day saying my vehicle was fixed and ready to pick up. I made the 70 plus mile drive back to pick it up. I started driving home, and noticed the same horrible noises were still happening. I turned around, drove back to the service center and explained what was happening. They asked me if I could bring it back in the next day. I told them no. I didn't want to drive it home in that condition and explained that's why I brought it to them in the first place. The mechanic took it for a short test drive and immediately noticed the noise. They put it up on the rack and discovered that the front passenger side brakes were in terrible condition and needed to be replaced. This was late on a Friday afternoon but they knew they were responsible for this fiasco, so they fixed that issue. I still had to pay for the parts, but no labor. The tire on that side showed extremely low pressure after I got home. And there are still noises coming from the front end of my vehicle. I'm at a loss as to handle this. I paid $1200 for back brakes which I may or may not have needed. I paid for the parts for the front brake. I drove 140 plus miles, and paid for a rental car, and I'm still not sure my vehicle was repaired correctly. I would like feedback from someone about this, as I believe this was extremely unprofessional and that I was not treated fairly.Dont D Mildred Moon Hatteras, NC

Pending Mitigation on my tires rotation/balance and Alignment

It has been 30 days and still pending a response from Dread Quarters. They told me to send them the documents and I did and Hello, I am waiting on a status. I guess I will be waiting until *** freezes over.

Overcharged to plug a tire

Hi, I went to your 628 Independence blvd. virginia beach va. Location to get a tire plugged i don't know the mans name but he told me it was 44.00 when i was looking at the bill it looks like he charged me twice!! My brother in law just had a tire changed there and it was 20.00??? My friend had one fixed at another location it was 26.00? I can send you a copy of bill or you can look it up? Invoice# 139125 date 06/28/20

Tread quarters installed two different size tires onn my vehicle

my wife went to the Portsmouth Va location on George Washington HWY and the service personnel installed 2 different sized tires causing my tires to excessively wear. I would like an explanation why and how this could have happened and a remedy for my now worn tires.

When my hand gets better that I can type, I will tell you all. Right now do not go to the store in Chesapeake 1228 Cedar Road Chesapeake, VA. 23322. The guy that gave me the tires back in Dec 2019 is the same guy that couldn't get the lug nuts off and the service guy they hired needs trained. He doesn't have a clue about tires or cars. This happened on Sunday 6/7/2020

A shop messed up my car

I checked my oil in the morning and seeing that it was old I told my daughter to take her car to get an oil change she took it to Tread Quarters and when she got home the check engine light was on I scanned it myself and seen that it had and oil sending unit code so I take the oil again there was no oil reading on the oil stick and also the oil is leaking out everywhere she has to put quarts of oil in the car to make it to work in the morning and to get back home. When I called Tread Quarters they said there's nothing they can't do about it but they sure took my money. During these times it is not time to be playing with anybody money. This is a serious pandemic and for your company you be taking money is a shame now I have to take matters in my own hands.

Paid for oil change, lied to us and didn’t change it

We took our car for oil change on 3/18/20 st cedar road, Virginia location, paid $35 for oil change and it they had for an hour. We were thankful for such quick service since my mother in law is in critical condition at hospital in Richmond and were using car to drive back and forth every other day. We usually get free oil changes with Hall but didnt mind paying for fast efficient service. They told us we needed new brakes but my husband elected to change the pads his self. When he was changing brakes he noticed the oil looked very dirty and smelled bad. It seems as though our oil was never changed and we paid for a service that was not completed and allowed us to drive with old oil so my engine would be ruined. Your people are lying to innocent people than theyre changing oil instead theyre topping it off and putting a new filter on. This is such despicable service and people that dont know how to check their oil are relying on your company to do the right thing and change their oil not just top it off and take our money. This is the second incident that weve had at this location. We tried to let the last one go and come back and now we will never spend anymore money with you all nor trust you to do any service. The last time was with our Tahoe which we have to pay for oil changes because its older. We brought it for inspection and it was failed, my husband said he would fix the light and bring it back. We were told that we would have to go to back of long line with them knowing that the state law is once a failed car is fixed then it goes to front of line. Once again another lie. We had to bring the car back this morning, to be inconvenienced, to have done what should have done in the first place.

Hello my name is Bobby, and i was a long time customer of you company. In October 2019 in went into tread quarter on tyre neck rd portsmouth va. for an state inspection and was told that my ac damper was not opening and closing properly. so it was going to cost me 800 plus dollars to fix. Ok, so i brought one from autozone and have tread quarter install it. since then my ac has been making a clicking noise every time i change the buttons. i took it back and the manager said that it would cost me another 800 plus dollars for them to look at it again. now i can not change my ac without is clicking. the service was excellent when the old managers was there, but the new manager are garbage.

Never Use !

Went there to get a flat tire fixed with a simple plug. Tread on tire was great - sold me new tire and tried to over charge for balancing and putting tire on rim. The company is a total rip off
