Dear Traveloka, Im Win Thiri Aung .I live in Japan. I want to report you about fake purchases with my Visa Card. I didnt trip and booking with your But Traveloka company take my money from 2023.08.14 9440¥, 7318¥,7692¥,10828¥,8001¥6183¥8018¥ .This is not me .I live in Japan and fake person is used purchases with my card so what I want to know pls check before purchase .

August 26, 2023 CIMB BANK PH Virtual Card Attn: Billing Inquiries to TRAVELOKA Re: Notice of disputed charge to Account No. 4367 41** **45 5219 Dear Traveloka, I am writing to dispute a charge of 17,338 Philippine peso to my debit card account on August 23, 2023, 9:08PM. The charge is in error because it didnt issue an e-ticket. OTP number had an error over and over. The time to purchase reached the limit but my bank has been already charged. The traveloka app still didnt recognized the payment made using my CIMB and didnt finish the process. I am attaching here the Traveloka Booking ID: 106108**** with the proof of payment and charged in my email and bank. I booked 2 pax roundtrip from Manila to Seoul on September 17-September 21 but I never received the e-ticket. The booking now expired. You are saying to authenticate my bank or use another payment method I am requesting that the error be corrected, that any finance or other charges related to the disputed amount be credited to my account, and that I get an accurate statement. B1S7RS I was charge double on my loggage add on purchase last july.and this month August I was still charge for 3rd time.

I want to change the date of my booking...but Traveloka after a week reponded me and requested me to pay 6700 pesos for reschedule while if I purchase new ticket it only cost me 4800 in their website.
I booked ticket for my husband and me for caticlan to manila september 6 but the arrival of my husband from peru move to october so we ask to your good company to change it to oct. 22
