My refund. Had to scramble for a new flight. Very Pissed still

I went to get boarding passes for flight from Vegas to DFW. Said flight cancelled. WHY DID TRAVELOCITY CANCEL MY FLIGHT. NO REFUND. HAD TO BUY NEW TICKETS ON SOUTHWEST LAST MINUTE. VERY EXPENSIVE FOR ME.

Your company stole my money

Travelocity stole my $1,000 from my bank card, and I have written several email without getting any respond, I am planning to reporting your fraudulent activities to the police and online fraud watch. I want my money toyouryour be returned to my bank card on or before 5 working days.

PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY

According to my phone conversation with one of your hotel attender, I hereby forward the evidence of the money you took from my Bank Card, I have not stayed in your hotel before, so how come you deducted this amount of money from my card, if that money is not returned to my card, I will not have any other option than to instigate a fraud case against your hotel to the police in Paris. See attached.

Terrible customer service

Hire folks that (first) can speak English and know the products. Could not book online, therefore I called according to the # listed, someone answers and knew nothing about my need. I wanted to spend my $ wisely, but sorry to try. Never again will I do that

I wanted to talk to somebody about my flight

I wanted to talk to somebody about my flight. Your automated system is the worlds worst I wanted to talk to an agent alive human being and I wanted to talk about my flight that I had canceled and for some reason I just cant get through so Ill file a dispute now and a complaint against Travelocity because youre really upset me Ive spent over an hour and a half trying to get a hold of but one live person and I cant

Customer service team is terrible

The customer service team does not think outside of the box and just reads pre writen responses. Took me days to convince them that the hotel agreed to a refund. Hard to even explain it all again.

Trendy Hostel-Paris, France!

The worst experience with this *** hostel! Nobody was at the Front Desk when I checked in, so I booked a different hotel. The next day when I come back, still nobody at the front desk! After waiting for a half hour, some ugly disgusting smell human shows up and try to look up at the computer and told me that my reservation has been canceled! Did not explain by who ??!!. I called Travelocity to complain and promised to investigate. Finally got a response after few weeks, was told that this *** hostel refused to be responsible! I am filing complaints against this hostel with Travelocity, Ministry of Commerce in France as well as US Customer Service. Please remove this *** hostel from your database!! Thank you, Ben Doko

Trying to cancel a booking

After talking to a Real person, he went ahead and canceled my booking even when frontier Airlines wanted to charge me $99 per ticket and a flight credit even though they say you can cancel within 24 hours with the booking agent for a full refund but then offer no assistance to do so

Hotel no AC

Hotel list AC, pool, sauna and hot tub. The sauna is actually the room. This hotel does not have AC. The room is currently 78 degrees at almost 7 pm. We asked for a fan when we arrived and were told one would be brought to our room. Three hours later we were told we would have a fan when one was available. Im pretty sure that one of the other guests isnt going to decide that they are cool enough to give up a fan. Another thing to note is that the shower is slightly larger than my carry on luggage. The room is so small that you will have to be creative in finding places to store your luggage so that you can walk around the room. This place might have been nice at some point years and years ago but with its torn, dirty, faded and stained carpet its well past its prime.

Process my bank refund

I was supposed to have my flight last June 11th. However I got hold by one of the ground crew, since they were asking me for a US Visa or any pass that I am allowed to have a layover in US. Since this is a connecting flight, I was expecting that no Visa needed since I will going to have a layover in US. Since I am a first time solo international traveller, I didnt knew about it. No one from Travelocity advised me or even sent an email for the requirements needed. Now, I wanted to process my full refund via bank. Your agent advised me last June 13th to wait within 72hrs for my refund request.

Hotel was nasty, bugs, dirty ice, no ac, no hot water

Not a 4 star hotel experience. Front desk employee unhelpful and rude and very unapologetic, stating she couldnt help me. Ac broken. No hot water. Upgraded room for the balcony which the door was impossible to open. Broken lamp and the worst part. Bugs. Everywhere in the room. Oh and that is equally bad to the dirty ice we received from the bar after 3 glasses I already finished. My garage has less bugs, and feel safer getting ice from a gas station. Never goi g back. Horrible stay. Four stars no way

PLEASE READ False advertising missed my grandpa's funeral

Hello I am a first time renter on travelocity and I really needed to rent a car to travel from Cleveland Ohio to west Virginia for my grandpas funeral. I have 9 kids and a baby on the way renting this car was already costing my more then I could really afford but my grandpa was really important to me and I needed to see him one more time before he was buried . So using travelocity I finally found a really nice, big and affordable SUV to fit my family. The price came up to 266.00$ I read through everything I was very careful reading everything because my mother in law warned me that some people put holds on your card and I don't have the money for that. I thought this was perfect I set it up I gave them my information and they took 202.00$ now and said 64.00$ at the checkout counter when I pick up the vehicle. After I booked it online I called to make sure everything went through and the first lady I spoke with said she was having trouble finding my reservation and transferred me to someone else. The next person said yes we accepted the money but now before you can get the car we need a 500.00$ deposit. Now this is very important for me to get to my grandpas funeral I'm out 202.00$ and no car . The guy I spoke with even said he seen that it said nowhere about a deposit or hidden fees or anything. So it hasn't even been an hour I had to cancel it and get my money back . I sat on the phone for over 30 mins and was finally told all of my money would be returned after the 42 hours it takes to go through the system and then 7-10 business days .At this point I'm in tears and need my money because it's only 2 days until I need to be on the road . I'm asking to please push it through there has to be something someone can do. They said they will try but can't promise . So the next day I get 150.00$ back on my card thank God but where's my other 50.00$. I get back on costumer service and speak with someone named Helen who is very rude and she says if you read your receipt properly you would see the deposit and the cancellation fee which I have my receipt and it says none of that and neither did the man I spoke with yesterday. So I didn't get my money back in time I still haven't gotten it yet and now I've missed my grandpa's funeral. Something I'll never be able to make up for . Me and my family are so upset . I thought travelocity was a trusted website I could go through .but instead I got screwed and lost my last chance to see my grandpa before he was buried forever.
