Requesting to send my refund
i didnt got my refund .my flight got canceled during covid time 2020 and i still didnt got my refund. i am a student and this is very tough for us to travel like this .please i want my refund. its been 3 years.

I booked total four air tickets through this company from Delhi to Mahe (Sri lankan airlines) The flight got cancelled by airlines because of riots in Sri lanka. The company has not refunded our fare since last 10 months. And now they have blocked our email also. We have no means to communicate. They are not responding to email also.

My refund approved but not received yet and not able to contact them now, it had been 7 months now.
Involuntary changes by the airline and layover time has been increased from 2 hours to 9 hours so requested to cancellation and refund and i received a message that my ticket has been canceled your refund will be received as soon as possible but not yet received my refund it has been 7 months now.

Dear All, This Travel Genio is Worst for Flight Bookings , below expectations Services and Offers , Always Change dates for flight booking without Even Informing Customers . During Covid Time in 2020/21 booked Flight of Polish Airlines but got canceled due to Covid 19 but Refund in still not given out back yo customer. Hello, my BOOKING REFERENCE is Q63ID7 and my flight (FJ 392) has been cancelled. Fiji Airways has admitted to offering a full refund but I have yet to receive it. After calling the airline, they said need Travelgenio to give the refund ti me. But I still cannot get the refund. It is more than one year!
