Complaint

All I received was a call from the manager and he said he'd talk to the technician who diagnosed my trailer wrong, what about the missed delivery? What about my wasted time? We get nothing except for excuses. I don't even get a free shower for my time, I don't even get a free coffee? Nothing! I'm done with t/a

Incompetent service area staff

Was told I could get an oil change and waited over 2 hours to be told it would not be until tomorrow. I literally drove 70 miles to my truck and another 50 miles to the truck stop after calling to verify. They have no formal complaint policy and said they would talk to the employees about wait times. Telling someone today and then telling them tomorrow is not a miscommunication of wait times. Its a mistake that cost me time and money and should be compensated . I really thought you could trust TA but i see you cant. They dont care whatsoever about drivers or other peoples time.

Problem at store

I m a regular customer of TA and Petro stopping center and never had any problem last time there was a problem with fuel recept and I called customer service and she solved my issue thanx to her and thanx to petro stopping centers for providing such a great service to there customers appreciate it

Parking attendant

The Jacksonville, FL store, there is a lady I would like to highly commend on what she does. She is constantly working the lot, having drivers move out of the reserved spots that have not paid. This leaves the opportunity for those who have paid, to use the spot they paid for. She is on top of her game!! I have ran into other t.a/ petro that does not care enough about the drivers, but not this store! Miss Mary is constantly checking to make sure this lot is clutter free of unnecessary parking. This is extremely rare. This lady needs to be recognized for what she does, and the ship she runs out on this lot!! I will be making a few phone calls with this amazing person I appreciate what this lady does, and tbh, I respect every bit of it.

Hippa violations

I had an incident at the TA in Holbrook store 0246. Out side of the job site after hours Marijka Hawkins was yelling in an argument at 710 E Hampshire at complex that she lost her job and that she was going to fire a particular employee because she likes him, Ill go ahead an fire him too, *** him. She is supposed to be a store manager and this behavior is absolutely absurd.

Over 2 he wait for shower because only three shower are being used

This place has only three showers being used and drivers are waiting over an hr for a shower they are not understaffed I can not understand why the do not let use use all of the showers here the waiting time just keeps increasing not decreasing

Reserved Parking

I reserved a parking spot through the app at the Petro in Atlanta. As I arrived I checked the app and it showed 96 spots still available, so I figured that I would easily get a spot. Nope! When I arrived non paying drivers was in every single spot. I drove around 30 minutes looking for a spot after a hard 14 hour day. I then went inside, talked to the inside security guy and he basically said it wasn't his problem because he is the inside guy. The mgr showed a little interest, but nothing happened and I never got my spot. I spent an hour trying to get a spot that I never got, and after a long hard 14 hour day. I am one of the small percentage of drivers that does not mind paying for a spot, but I do expect to get what I paid for. This is not an isolated incident. I can never have confidence in Petro/TA to honor their commitment when I reserve a spot. It is hit & miss with them. I do not know what part of 'reserved' that they do not understand, but there has been many cases where I have paid 15 to 20 dollars for a 'reserved' spot only to arrive and they did not reserve it. This is poor character and integrity. As a matter-of-fact it is outright dishonest. It is a shame that they do this to the very people that have made Petro/TA successful. Without professional drivers they would only be a glorified convenient store, but drivers don't have many options because 75 foot vehicles can't be parked just anywhere, so they kind of have us over the barrel and they take full advantage of it.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service period. Had to have a tire put on the semi at Dean Martin location Las Vegas, 10 hours later they put on a blemish tire. They assured me it would be ok! Well guess what, it blew out 400 miles later. The Manger Sheryne Tomita at the location refused to warranty it plus will not return one single call to me. The blow out caused all kinds of damage to my semi. The truck is now off the road till repairs are made because of their lies. Definitely do not trust them.

Price on shelf doesn't match price at the register

Cheese is advertised price .99 at register ring 1.29 cashier charge 1.29 saying that prices changing faster than they can change price tags.

Bad experience

I did on oil change yesterday at this location Waterloo,NY turn off my truck overnight The next morning. The truck wouldn't start due to fuel filters or fuel separator after market bad filters I did talk to the supervisor there and he was very weird not helpful he told me. To call. The nearest TA around me I did call the nearest tea around me and they refused to come out to take a look at the truck. And right now I have to call a road service to come out and change these bad fuel filters most likely going to cost me $700 To come out and replace this filter to start my truck

Terrible Customer Service

On the Monday the 27th I was at your Denver Colorado wheat ridge facility, and experienced the nastiest and rudest customer service experience that Ive ever had in my entire life. My truck was serviced for headlight repairs at the TA in Nashville Tennessee, however, my headlights began to short out while in Denver. So while there I take my receipt up to the service counter as asked if someone there could take a look at my headlights because I have to drive through the mountains tonight and for my safety its important at my headlights are properly working at nighttime driving up and down mountains. This was at 1:00pm. The lady behind the desk took my information down and said that they will give me a call, once they have a spot open. At around 8:00pm many hours later, the lady that was behind the desk called me and said that they cant service my truck, because that couldnt get in contact with the manager of the TA at the Nashville Tennessee location. I then told her my my current situation regarding that I had I drive through the mountains at night and asked her if she could at least get someone to do a quick safety check. She then began insulting me, saying things about my comprehension level, and that shes not going to repeat herself. I then walked inside the office and asked for their corporate phone number. She wrote some number down, and when I called it it didnt work. So, I googled it, and I had to fill out some information, made a complaint on line,and got the corporate phone number . About 10 minutes later, the Manager called and rudely took me that its nothing that they can do for me, and then hung up the phone on me. Within 15 minutes later, the manager then called me back and said that they can look at my truck in the morning. The sad part regarding this entire situation, is that I had to file a complaint, in order in order for them to even consider treating me a human being

Issue at a truck stop

These people are the worse in the business. They replaced parts on my it didn't needed replaced. And charge me for doing the job completely wrong

Petro perrysburg Ohio ripped off employees cause they opened a failing restaurants called The Fork and Compass

I worked 58 hours in 2 weeks and even made the commercial my local tv channel keeps playing and still havent been paid by petro . We gave free food away for 2 days no charge to anyone we served and they didnt even tip cause the food was so bad took toooo long to come out . And to top it off petro didnt pay hourly wage for 56 hours of work. We will be picketing at the perrysburg petro location beginning February 2 2023. Come help show support to those of us who got ripped off !
