Refund/ reschedule ticket

a few months ago I purchased a ticket through travel2be's website. , unfortunately do to personal issues at work I was not able to attend the flight. at the time I spoke with the airline and I was told thy put the ticket on holed to be used at a different time by my choice. recently I spoke with the airline to reschedule the ticket and was told to contact travel2be's customers service. I tried getting a refund or reschedule but was told that my Request was declined and will not get a refund . tried calling the number on there websit website but the line is cut off. was extremely disappointed with there customer service. wish i would have gotten a better response from this website.

Flights we booked do not exist ???

Please help - in December we booked our tickets to Bali. For the 16tj of June - there was no problem going there . Today we fly back and our flights do not exist. Upset

Good evening, I cancelled this ticket and paid new ticket. I sent you a hospital certificate to show that I was sick, and I did not receive any refund. Can you please send me my money back? Inability to order food for 4 quickly.

Worked 12 hours and was planning on spending 75. 00 for me and my family for dinner as I drove home. Was asked to confirm my email on line and was told a verification code would come. Had the same problem last week. Verification code came over an hour after they said it would. I stopped and ordered Dominos as a pick up last week. Tonight I stopped at Joe's pizza and am sitting waiting for it to be done. Time is money guys. Have ordered on your site for years Time is money Grub Hub 150 bucks lost.

AVOID - SCAM COMPANY

Never heard or was able to get a hold of anyone from this company. Had to take the trip or suffer a loss for the airline tickets from Air Transat.

Air Transat would NOT let us cancel our flights and kept persisting we get in contact with our third party booking agency, Travel2Be, which we couldn't.Never again! I'll also be avoiding Air Transat for not being able to assist in any way.

I foolishly booked with these crooks, and 2 weeks out to my trip, my flight was modified and the only way to refund or modify is to contact my 3rd party booking agency, which was Travel2Be. Well, of course these guys are now no where to be found! If you try to go to their website, you will get a website down page. If you try to call any of their numbers, you will get a deadline or busy tone. They have disappeared and now I'm out of a flight for 4 people!!! And Air Transat, who I was supposed to fly with will not do a singe thing to help!!

I was charged an extra $400 to convert my tickets to Open tickets valid until August 15/2023. I am not able to contact you to rebook my flight. I am losing $2210. Refund not received

I have cancelled my flight from New Delhi to Vancouver of flight # AI186 under BOOKING REFERENCE ID: 2203**** and PNR number: 2NBH6N and E-ticket number: 098353****845. Air India has processed the refund and I am still waiting for it for last 3 months. Even the link is not working. One of my flights has been canceled, it is impossible to reach them by phone. Now it's been 3 weeks since I filled out their form on their website, and I still haven't heard from them.
