Debt Collection Letter

Not only am I unable to access your website https://payments.tsico.com to make the payment for this debt, but I am more than unhappy with this entire process. The ER visit that I had was never submitted to my travel insurance, Allianz, in Australia which I did provide to the ER at the time of my visit. Furthermore, Overland Park regional did not have anything referencing that they were also known as Bluejacket. The only correspondence I ever received was from Envision not Bluejacket. They were never helpful in getting an actual bill to me but they were given the mailing address for my travel insurance. The first I knew this was in collection was from you. As I am just trying to clear it up at the moment by paying it off I find myself unable to do so because of your website. Please have someone contact me via email for a way to pay as I will not be returning to the US until 1 June. This amount, while I definitely shouldn't be held responsible for, isn't worth my credit and I am trying to do the right thing.

The person I talked to today did not stop until she got me to who I needed to talk to. Great customer service.

I had been trying to get to talk to someone for days.I would leave my name and number.No one would call me back.I even went on line to see if I could get another number. I found numbers called and the same thing would happen. So today I called and I finally talked to someone that was real nice.She didn't stop until I talk to someone.

Never received no correspondence

Never knew about this bill and tried to pay it. Has to actually search for the company and call phone numbers. Finally was able to get a file number and pay this in full. Hope I see a change on my report within 30 days. Paid in full. collections claimed to have two other bills when I called . THE CREDIT REPORT SAYS 200 dollars called and the AMOUNT was different. Is this against ftc rules? Hope I get a receipt if not I guess we have a problem again.

Was on my credit report had to search the internet to get number to contact them. Hopefully the degatory remarks will be removed and a balance paid in full will be issued.

No one has gotten back to me yet! This is a bill from back in 2019, that I thought for sure was taken care of, I do not know why its showing up on my credit report now and I really would appreciate it if someone we get back in touch with me so I can settle this

Just trying to pay you!

I just got off the phone with Transworld, as my new job has given me the ability to pay the people who've been calling me for years. It took me an hour and 6 transfers to pay my accounts. They also do not provide electronic receipts, or documentation of arrangements you've made with them, "for security reasons". Ultimately, a mild inconvenience, but in this day and age it is ridiculous.

Account info needed to pay 2 bills

Hello! I believe I have two old tickets that went here for collections but I have never received anything in the mail from the last years regarding. I was told by the county that I did and that would have been placed here possibly got lost in the mail or something as I didnt know they existed. I was hoping since I dont have a letter with any account info if you could somehow look me up and provide me info so I could create the online account as I would like to pay them. Rental report

Hi, My name is Mahla Zabet. I was looking for a new apartment in California and selected on today. I got a call from the landlord that they are seeing a debt if 396 dollars in my rental report from transworld systems as the collection fee for one of the apartments I lived at in Ohio. I am not aware of this bill and filed a dispute. The landlord for this new apartment in California gave me 48 hours to resolve this issue. However, when I filed the dispute, it shows me it takes until 29th of dec to the case to be investigated. I am even willing to pay this amount even though I am not aware of it so that I dont lose the new place. I tried to call you few times today but I was not able to talk to anyone. I call you again tomorrow at 6 am pst to resolve this issue. I really appreciate your help in this.
