Abysmal and possibly fraudulent
If you want to give a huge chunk of your first disability payment to someone for doing next to nothing, these are your guys. My disability had been denied for six months before they even contacted me about anything and that was just to "update the contact info in my file". I believe that what these people do is take your info and file your claim, wait for you to get paid, and take 25% of your money. That's it.

I used trajectory medical. I was told that it would only be a couple thousand dollars. To get my VA benefits. Then I get a bill for 10,000. This company has done nothing for me but harass me. I would get appointment late in the mail I ended up missing like 3 appointments because of communication issues. I've called in and the person I was talking to started to get yelled at. When I told them I was done and I didn't need their service. I suggest you go through DAV and help another veteran with a donation. These people ask a lot of personal information. Want you to screenshot everything. Then charge you 5 times what you get.

Myler succeeded getting my claim when I started it about 12.years.ago. but I moved from cal 4 years ago, to Nevada. In CA when I left, I was receiving 950 per month in Nevada I recieved little over 850. Now I moved back to CA it,s 915, so I'm getting less in CA now than when I left. Is that correct, and I have congestive heart failure now. On top of my injured back.

Your location Read their contract closely. Especially G5 regarding retro payments. I understand you will not know if you will receive a retro payment but DEMAND upfront what their % is of that retro lumpsum. I called and asked and nobody could give me a straight answer. They just kept telling me whatever invoice decides and what the VA letter states. BE CAREFUL!!!

My complaint is on the time frame for my case to be settled. I have waited since 2017. Still fighting with new diagnosis being told everytime I visit my doctor. I am homeless due to a fire and lost everything and now living in the woods no power no water and mylar disability knows this and still disregarded my concerns.

Do not trust them with PII
Not really recommended. Did they do what they said they would? Pretty much. The incessant calling, texting and emailing for the same thing is a bit irritating, especially when they keep calling for the same answer you gave via email or text. Did they get back in contact with me when I had questions? Yes, but it took many days just to get ahold of someone to ask the question. What I do not like and would tell anyone considering using the service is to run the other way. The reason you may ask. Well, they seem to know what your higher rating is even if you did not get your letter yet. How do they know that? They know what you are getting paid; I was told this by one of their reps on the phone. How do they know what you are getting paid from the VA? That is a very good question that I asked several reps there, and they never gave me an answer; they just kept telling me they needed to talk to a higher authority. Just my opinion, but it seems the only way to do that is to utilize my PII to access the VA site. I will not state what I think how they accessed my pay data due to possible libel. It does however feel like a huge breach of trust as there is no information in the contract or their privacy statement on them using your PII to gain access to my pay information.

Misinformation of my claim
I have recently used Trajectory Disability and was denied four times for Social Security Disability, which doesn't exactly mean it was totally their fault. The reason for my one-star review is that I believe that I could have represented myself better. After looking over the judge's decision more thoroughly, I saw that Trajectory only submitted medical records from around 2017 to current when the bulk of my medical issues were reported and documented as far as 1998, which they knew. I feel like it was the easier way for their team to submit less paperwork on my behalf. Also, their team is extremely hard to reach if questions need answering. I would go weeks after leaving a voice mail before someone called me back.

New information to add to claim. I saw a Judge the last time concerning my disabilities in the closing of my case he stated that due to me choosing to go back to work in 2018 and to work until my disabilities worsen and I just cant tolerate it anymore I would just have to resubmit a application. I have new disabilities along with prior ones and its becoming more difficult to perform at work and at home. I am a returning customer in need of help again.

I reported to SSA fraud line. They give bad legal advice then try to fraud you after you leave because of it.
I reported this company to Social security Fraud line today after many warnings to them. They kept lying giving me bad legal advice. They kept trying to say I had to apply for SSI (simultaneously) if I wanted SSDI. I confirmed this was bad legal advice by speaking to multiple other disability lawyers. It IS possible to apply for ONLY the SSDI without attaching SSI. When I tried to tell them to withdraw from my case because of this illegal manipulation, they withdrew from helping me but kept the fee tacked on if I win. They are going to steal thousands of dollars if I win my appeal, because they attached themselves to it AFTER I told them to withdraw if they could not do what I needed (SSDI ONLY). They ignored my requests, continuously lied about it, and forced themselves onto the appeal process too without my permission. This is fraud to 100% disabled veterans, it is despicable and the social security administration is currently investigating them as of today.
