I bought the Trafficmaster assorted carpet tiles at Home Depot. The box showed crazy mismatched squares that really spoke to my personality. Inside the box, though, were bland neutral tiles and out of 3 boxes, only one fun tile. (See the images of "what I thought" versus "what I got.") I emailed (I think I had the right address...askshaw@***.com) to ask if they could trade me bland boring tiles for a few kooky tiles. Hopefully they aswer, "YES!" I'd give them 5 stars if they come through. That would be some noteworthy customer service. Stand by for an update!!

My traffic master allure flooring is terrible. Wearing thru in spots and chipping , would not recommend this product at all. Steer clear of this product.
Put this floor in my kitchen about 7 years ago and it is terrible. Wearing thru all over. And chipping at seams. Do not recommend this flooring at all. Allure traffic master shows a 25 year warranty. Don't believe them. 7 years and looks terrible.

Traffic master lakeshore pecan. Best Buy has a whole pallet in the warehouse, I only need 20 more boxes to finish my house. Mind you I have already bought one pallet of this flooring. Unbeknownst to me it was being discontinued. They WILL not sell me 20 boxes!! They want me to buy the whole pallet or nothing. HELP!

17-3/4”x17-3/4” tiles are not a consistent size
I had an install at a customers house and got fourteen 17-3/4x17-3/4 tiles installed before hitting a major problem. Upon opening our third box it was noticed that the tiles were now 3/16 bigger than the tiles already installed. We thought maybe it was just one box but this was not the case. Out of six additional boxes only two boxes were actually the same size- which were still different than the tiles already installed. Now we need to start over or cut every tile and clean the edges for a proper looking installation. Traffic master has now cost me a great deal of money. It is a bottom shelf product with terrible quality control. I will tell anyone that listens to never buy and traffic master product in the future

We put our floors down leas than a year ago and they are breaking and cracking in half! I have called Traffic Master multiple times with no call back .

Instruction discrepancy and lack of customer service
The number to call for help with installation that is on the box doesn't answer and they just say no one is available and to leave a message. This is the case regardless of the fact that I've called on different days, during business hours, and multiple times a day on multiple days. The displays along with instructions on the box are not clear, are confusing, and contradictory to the paper instructions inside the box. These two issues in concurrence (conflicting confusing instructions and no customer service) create an impossible situation because if the product is installed incorrectly it voids the warranty. I would hope it is not the case that this is intentional as a means to have warranties voided but it certainly gives that appearance.

Planks beak and shred and cuts your feet when walked on Company doesn't honor warranty. Lots of bad reviews. How many of you want to join in on class action against this company with me.?

Had garden level bedroom redone and used Moonstone - Traffic Master Vinyl Plank Flooring. It was put in 2 years ago - and the guest room wasn't used much. I moved in for a few months and added a desk and a chair ( rolling ). It tore up the flooring in 4 months - it cracked and disintegrated. Home Depot says - call Traffic Master. Call made to a number that says " you've reached customer service " for who ? No idea. 888 864 ****. I really hope this isn't going to be as bad as it seems so far. I am guessing, but do not know what their hours are, that they are open during the week. TBD. The flooring - didn't know - made in China. Not surprised and not shocked that Home Depot would sell this crap. And didn't see all the terrible reviews until I went looking for their phone number as Home Depot WILL not help you with this - 90 Day warranty - and you won't know there's an issue until well after that - unless you are using a rolling chair for example or ALOT of traffic. Don't put down this crap, you are wasting your money. Spend alot more and get alot more. Who wants to do this work more than once ? Enough Said ?

We purchased traffic master flooring from home.depot about 2 years ago. And the flooring is very awful. It has started to break and peel and our floor looks so awful. It is so embarrassing to have friends over. We purchased almost $2000 worth of flooring that is now breaking off in pieces. It says on the box that there's a residential warranty and I think ww need to use the warranty. We need to change out the flooring now.
