I purchased a pair of Roger Vivier mules. They were advertised as size 40. I didn't open them right away not realizing I only had 4 days. I was working a lot of hours and planned on taking these on vacation. When I opened the box, I discovered they were a size 36. I contacted Tradesy and was basically told there was nothing they could do. I have attempted to contact the seller and they won't respond. So now I have paid $700 for a pair of shoes that won't fit!!! I can understand their policy if I just wanted to return them, but to not do anything about being sent the wrong merchandise is inexcusable. This is fraud!

I ordered a Louis Vuitton change purse and received a fake item. I am so disappointed and concerned that I ordered in good faith and was deceived. I am hopeful that this will be resolved quickly as it is causing me undo stress. Please take care of this matter asap. This , item was for my daughter and law as a present and needless to say I dont have anything to give her. Thank you

Terrible customer service
They're just trying to stole as much as possible money from sellers and buyers. When you have a problem with sales, they're irresponsible and don't do anything but unclear policy.

Where is my credit
I have been trying to get my credit for over 3 months now!! Pay Pal has informed me that my account has been closed but Tradesy says that it isn't and they have suspended my account. I don't even know where to turn because no one is helping (PayPal nor Tradesy)!!! I am beyond frustration!! I was promised by a few reps at Tradesy that they would call me back after researching the issue but no on has called me!! Once I am done paying Tradesy I will NOT bother with them anymore!!!

Problems with multiple orders
Ok so multiple orders Ive made Im not getting properly compensated for. For these orders, my selling price will be around 12-15 yet Im getting like 3-5 and paying for my own shipping so NO profit and yall take the majority. 2765**** 3097**** And I have even more shipments that I paid for shipping, mailed out and the tracking says shipped yet just never deliveredso yet another cost for me to basically pay someone to take my item 2898**** 2768**** 2720**** Please let me know why Im paying people to take my clothes.
