We had put our show for ticketing on Townscript during June-July 2022 time frame. We have everything they requested for us to receive our payment from ticket sales. I think that they are very unprofessional.

I have book my ISTQB exam on 12 September and i got the exam ticket in which date is mention 19 May,2020 and i am trying to contact the townscript but can't able to contact them and they there phone number that is mention over the website is also fraud.

I was scammed on the site, a booking I made was linked to a site that was a fraud. It looked very legitimate.

I have sold my tickets almost 1 month ago and I am not getting my money back. But the app has been rejecting my KYC details continuously. But the terms and conditions of the app gave me different details. And now they are asking me for tax details when I didn't have any taxation and for that reason I updated individual details correctly but are being continuously rejected.

Not able to receive payment for the tickets booked
We have created an event and its live. The tickets are getting booked from the customer end but we are not receiving the payment. While updating kyc wallet, the user details gets rejected. This is a Highly urgent query and we can't find any other source for customers service from your side. Expecting a quicker revert from your side.
