Oven & Unsatisfied Previous Customer

I was trying to sign up for your meal delivery, but I experienced 2 issues. Even though I kept changing my meal plan to 6 meals a week, it kept defaulting to 8 meals. I then contacted customer service via chat to help me, as in the payment section I paid for the oven, but couldn't select my meals. During that time, she made me feel like an idiot and didn't help me in a way that was customer oriented. Because of that, I decided not to go with Tovala, cancelled my subscription, and getting my money refunded as I purchased the oven. I am very unsatisfied and now I know why my friends never went with Tovala versus other meal delivery services. They had very bad experiences, but since I'm new to it, I was hoping for a better experience. But it was worse than I anticipated. So, because customer service was so terrible, I won't be signing up anymore. I'm a very upset and frustrated customer. I will not recommend Tovala meal service to anyone after the treatment of the rep assigned to the chat. I even said, I'm not an idiot. She then proceeds to ask me if she wanted me to cancel on my behalf. If she just offered me a solution and helped me accordingly, I would have purchased the meal and oven to try. However, I'll never sign up for Tovala again, nor will I recommend.

I am disgusted with my inability to cancel my order for next week, which I do not I placed in the first place!!

Tovala says I didnt skip next week and ordered for me. I had skipped it and checked to be sure at least three times so I dont understand the disconnect. I understand your policy but I dont agree with it. I am extremely frustrated, angry and disappointed.

Constant delivery issues unresolved

I am disabled. Delivery used to be right to my front door. Now they just dump it outside my gate. Using a walker, I have to drag a chair outside my gate and open the heavy box out in the Vegas heat. Takes me 4 trips to then get everything inside. I have reached out with no solution .

Ordered oven wrong color

I ordered an oven and didnt have a place to put a color down. I dont want black I want gray tried calling tried emailing Im not been able to get any confirmed message from anyone spoke to someone couldnt help me. I just would like to return the black oven and get a great oven. Very simple didnt seem to be able to get that accomplished.

Problem with order

Needed to exchange the oven did not want black on a gray its like going around in circles trying to get something done. I dont like that I need to talk to somebody they take care of it and Im great thats not what happened here Ive gotten so many emails and nothing has been accomplished.

Problems

I hate the oven its difficult too use. Racks are not good. Will not order any more meals. Too much trash produced

Oven is awesome

I LOVE My tovala. I use it all the time it saves me some much time and money as I no longer waste food or time prepping and get back so much of week. But a recent update is causing havoc. The great customer service is going to get it done for me though I have faith. Thanks TOVALA Becky

Cannot contact custom sarvice … I have tried for over 1 month

Customer service sucks! Food sucks ! I have been receiving box week every week and have constantly been unable to speak with anyone! I want the account closed and ALL my money returnedI am no able to eat themI am in a rehab hospital. I order you to Cease and Desit your company taking the money out! I fully expect a TOTAL REFUND of all my monies!!!

Poor customer service

After the oven was ordered, I tried to set up food delivery for the end of the month. And two weeks sooner than that and you trying to take money out of my account for which I did not authorize. I have chatted with people I have left my number I have sent emails I have done everything Im supposed to do as a customer And it took me over a week to finally get someone on the phone. And your food prices are ridiculous. You claim 999 but theyre more like 1299+499 for whatever and I can cook my own damn meals for that. So I have requested a label be sent to me and I will be sending your oven back on opened and I will not recommend this company to anyone. And Im really sad because I was really excited to use your oven and eat your food but not anymore. The lack of customer service the lack of being able to reach someone is not the type of company I want to do business with its more like a Shady shenanigan.

Because I have met the terms of my Tovala and I keep getting meals sent to me.

My refrigerator is full of meals that I either dont like or just cant get to in enough time and they have spoiled so it was a big waste and I didnt order any of it the meals just automatically arrived every week.

This is a horrible customer service company. In fact, there is no customer service. I have reached out so many times. Ive been told I get a callback never happens. You cant call customer service and speak with anyone. Its a joke. God for bid if I had a serious issue with something so I know I will never recommend this company to anyone and I will make sure that everyone knows not to purchase your products!

You cannot speak to an agent and nobody listens

I ordered the oven which I will return as soon as I have it in my possession because I set up food to be ordered at the end of the month. Suddenly they tried to charge me for it now because I cant talk to a person and it wouldnt let me change it online. Also, the mail say they are 999 when I get online theyre 1299 and up. Also, theres a shipping fee of 999 and then another fee of 999 so for four meals I am paying $72. Which is ridiculous but I cant discuss is funny anyone and find out what to do about it because I have called so many times left so many message done in the chat online and Ive been told every time that someone will call me within the hour been about five days now and I have yet to receive a phone call so I will not be using your dealing nor referring to Tovala to anyone .
