Adding a song

Would like to ask if you can add the song "Oak Cliff That's My Hood" to your music menue if posdible. It's a very popular song here in Texas and we frequent the Moon Saloon here in Arlington,Texas. It is under Dusty Tapes Feb. 19, 2020. Thankyou!!!

TT experience

Played multiple songs that never played. Support is a bot that offers no help. App is a money grab. Can't even close my account.

I was charged 14$ 3 times amd I never tried to add music

I am being charged on my credit card for an auto refill and I want my card removed from the account .I played one song then it gave me an automatic refill 3 times .I do not know how or why this is happening because it was never approved by me or added to the account by me..Ive tried removing my credit card from the account but it is still auto charging me

That's four times they've asked me about 10 credits that didn't work. And low and behold I didn't get my credits back

I called because I played a song at five credits and it didn't come through next I did it again and it didn't come through then the following day I tried it as three credits and it still didn't play but my credits did disappear

Billing

Im a longtime customer who was overcharged last week and I cant get anyone to help me. This is the worst customer service situation I have ever experienced. If anyone from TouchTunes reads this please call me asap. Thank you.

They take your money and dont deliver on what they sell you . take your money and you dont get anything from them

They take your money but do not deliver . You pay extra to pass and they take your money and then your songs dont get played

Robbed us out of money

I spent $28 on the play music plus 15 songs free I didn't get none of that you took my money out of my checking account
