Ordered and paid for DD 214 on 1/17/21. Still no service as of 5/4/22
I ordered my DD214 on 1/17/21. I Paid for the service and have still not received any product. I continue to be lied to and given the run around. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Might as well flush your money down the toilet

Ordered my DD214 on Aug 6th, 2019 and they immediately charged my credit card for $61+. As of Dec 11th, 2019, I have yet to receive anything from them and have been denied a refund. I was also told months later, after numerous unreturned emails, that I needed to pay additional money for the service I requested, and forget the phone number they provide.....it's just a message telling you to use the website! I believe this company to be fraudulent so don't waste your time or money and just go through National Archives which is free and they had my documents to me in less than 2 weeks!

Do not use them could be a scam.
I placed an expedited order several weeks and I am still waiting. It seems very difficult to reach a human being and you are opted to leave a message or go online to research the status of your order. What kind of business is this, reviews do not smile on you.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY
Over $300 paid to the company 19 months ago. Bogus false "links" to my information were nothing but error messages. When I complained about that, they "expedited" my documents in the mail. Only...that was a LIE too. Then 9 months later, a "supervisor" claims they actually never even had my documents in their possession at all. Repeated requests later for a refund once I realized I had been scammed have resulted in nothing. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and reported fraud to my bank in hopes of a final refund and resolution.

No communication, no service
I have been assisting my brother in getting his DD-214. I paid for expedited service using my credit card. They don't respond to my support tickets and they don't appear to be working on the request. Today I found out that my credit card number was stolen and used to purchase more than $2,000 in merchandise online. I fear this may be connected to Touchstone. The charge has been reversed, but my brother is out $100 by the looks of it.

I'm pretty sure the website is to trick ex military into giving their card numbers so they can scam at later, a few weeks after I was taken advantage of by an Internet scam and I think it was related to this website

Not bad service, NO SERVICE
I looked on line to find someone that could get my military records for me. I paid 100. No one has contacted me, no response at all from them. I keep getting an email saying we are working on it. There is no number to call and speak with anyone. Please read reviews. They are a complete fraud.

I was promised my DD214 would be sent to me in a few days after ordering. I contacted the company after a week. They said some cases can take 2-3 weeks. I waited. It has now been almost 6 months and they refuse to refund me my money even though I showed them that I received my DD214 from another source. Do not waste your money on this company. I made a complaint with the BBB and the company responded saying they would refund my money. i contacted them and they said they would not. I just want to warn others. If you need a copy of DD214 then submit through vetrecs. It is completely free. This company closed my case and assigned my order number to someone else. I logged on with my info and was able to see someone else's personal information. This makes me worry about who they have shared my personal information with such as social security number.

This company targets and defrauds veterans by claiming they can quickly (within 2-3 business days) obtain military records. They charged me $94.00 for an expedited service. It's been over 2 months now and I still have nothing. There is no real way to talk to any customer service rep over the phone and when I contact them over instant messenger I get the same canned reassurance that they are working on the order. They refuse to refund me anything and blather on with lame excuses. Total *** I've reported them to the FTC and am considering filing a police report. Please stay away from them. They are a complete lie.
