My order is very late

I ordered one of the wristwatch June 17 and the order number is 0742935****, and 4 weeks later. Basically, I checked I still don't receive my item and I tried to contact you guys. But it's nobody answer. Please help me out and resolve this matter.thank

2 Months and waiting....

Ordered a bottle 5.14.23 still not here 7.13.23, delivery time was stated as 2-3 weeks. Pricey purchase and no customer service at all.

They dont accept telephone calls, I have e mailed about a product ordered 5.14.23 with a 2-3 week delivery time. Today is. 7.13.23 and still no package and tracking number they gave me says, waiting on PO. TOM customer service is poor at best.

They just don't care

For whatever reason, the on-line ordering for a gift card did not go well. An old ship-to address was used. No idea who lives there now. I was supposed to be prompted for an email address so the recipient would be notified, that never happened. Once I realized what happened (less than an hour after the order was placed), I used their online messaging system to ask that they either correct the problems or cancel the order. I finally heard from a female support rep. " Many of our products are limited or hard to find inventory and we sell them under a final sale policy. Your order for Touch Of Modern Gift Card is one of these products, and is not able to be canceled.". Really? A gift Card? Hard to find inventory? I doubt that. I sent several more requests to either correct the problem or cancel the order. I finally heard from a gentleman saying he would be happy to help. He gave me a USPS tracking number but never said whether or not he corrected the address. The USPS tracking number did not show the delivery address and when I look at my order on their website, it still shows the incorrect address. SO... until it was actually delivered, I had no idea where it was being shipped. No one ever corrected the order and it was shipped to the wrong address I have never been so frustrated over something as simple as buying a gift card. There is a lack of follow through and it takes way too long to get a reply from their customer support people. TOM customer service is worthless. After this fiasco, and reading about what they did to their vendors ( https://tomovendorscam.com/), I will never spend another penny with them.

Bad sevice

Jun 9, 2023, 12:46 PDT Yes, received an order today. Order number 0128908****. It was for an order of mens Jordan dress shoe black. You sent me mix match pair of shoes. Also shoes are too large. The shoe size are not an American equivalent to 9 US. I need to return these mix match shoes and or refund my funds. Also they are both right foot shoes as you can see on the photo.

I haven’t heard back. No one is responding.

Product is not only not what was advertised, but they are damaged, hastily thrown together and not able to be plugged into a United States outlet. I need to know where to send this back and I want to be refunded!

I contacted Touch of Modern to request cancellation of an order placed on April 11/12 (late Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning. I incorrectly indicated payment via PayPal and intended to pay via Affirm. I understand that TOM has been recently sold to another company. I have contacted both PayPal and my bank, US Bank and have requested stop payment on my recent order of a womans ring for $1500+. Please contact me immediately at 701-388-****. You have to provide your e-mail, before viewing their web site - DUMB !!!

After personally working in National and International Marketing for over 40 years, I am amazed how a company ( Touch of Modern ) can spend millions of dollars on National TV commercials to bring potential customers to their web site, and then immediately provide a barrier on their initial Home Page to disrupt the User's interactive experience. I liked the Television commercial and wanted to see a product shooting a fireball from someone's wrist. Instead of building on my excitement, I am immediately given an assignment ( providing an e-mail or Facebook account ) to earn the privilege of continuing past their gray, black and white photograph of an empty office cafeteria table. The decision to present the company as some, high-end, exclusive club before I can actually view products is just stupid, arrogant, and insulting. As a potential customer, I want to find out about the company, before I reveal personal information about myself. The last thing I want as a consumer is to provide contact information to a web site I know nothing about. Touch of Modern's sign-in requirement screams, we want to send you future e-mails about how great our offers are. That projects SPAM and a reluctance on some User's part to participate. I am one of those potential User's who chose not to play Touch of Modern's phony, high-end club, membership game. When I go to: www.mercedes-benz.com, I do not have to provide information to view their high-end, quality products.
