Broken flywheel magnets, brand new machine, no help

I bought this SW 5000 brand new from a dealer, the dealer sold his business the new owners refused to help me its two hours away Ive gotten zero help. The washers on the fly wheel broke in half and fell through into the statirmy fly wheel lost a 3 magnets its been sitting here for almost a year now with zero *** out of commission. Toro can go to *** in a hand-basket at this point.. I bought this off the showroom floor and it didnt even make it 15 yard mowings. I hate you Toro.

Never return a part or accessory if you don't want your money back!

I accidentally purchased 2 Rubber Floor Mats for my TimeCutter on Toro.com. Shipped back 1 on 4/7/23, received back at Toro on 4/20/23. It's 8/10/23 & I have yet to receive my refund. I've called every month & Toro still has not credited my card. Just spoke with another representative & received the same excuse as all the times before. I asked to speak to a supervisor & of course they were all busy. Buy Cub Cadet, they have great customer service.

Battery issues

Terrible customer service. I can't get anybody on the phone nor is there anyone that services Toro lawn mower batterys. I've had a bad battery since day one. I've had less than a year and is supposed to be under warranty to no Avail.

21” Toro Personal Pace Lawnmower

This mower has started to make a noticeable squealing noise as I try to mow at a faster speed. And it is much harder to push as I apply more pressure to the bar. The mower had the drive motor and belt replaced in May or this year. The mower is about 6 years old.

Does not stand behind their products!

Purchased a zero turn mower from Tractor Supply. 67 hours later the motor blew up! Toro had us take it to a warranty dealer. The dealer informed Toro that it dropped a value and busted the piston and broke the value. It was definitely a warranty issue. Toro refused to warranty the engine. I paid $4000.00 for this mower. Toro states that the engine has 300 hour warranty. Then they do Not stand by it!!!

Toro strip

I am not happy with the quality and cutting ability of the lawn more. Paid a lot of money for it. And Im not happy with it. I have other Toro lawnmowers. All gas love them. The electric lawnmower is junk. Would not recommend for anyone to buy it. Is there anything you can do for me to make this thing cut better, or perform better.

Applied and received toro credit but they couldnt get the credit department and online purchase department together so I can place the order for a new zero turn

I'm writing this review regarding an issue with a Toro Timecutter Zero Turn Lawnmower (75755). When you change the oil for the first time their is a plastic plug that fits into the rubber drain hose.

When changing the oil you have to pull down on the rubber hose to drain the oil and when pulling down its very easy to break the plastic plug that secures the hose. This is poor design and Toro is aware of this because I have read a lot of reviews where this has happened to other consumers. When you take your mower in for a repair it has to be confirmed with Toro whether this is covered under warranty. That's ridiculous!!! This is clearly a design flaw and Toro should fix without question.

4000.00 mower that will not stay running. Taken to Toro certified tecs.. paid $100.00s of dollars in repairs over the past 3 years.

Zero turn mower made by kawasaki. Model #74641 purchased may 20, 2014. This mower might run 30 min. Then quits. Wait 15 min to start it and I might make it back to the shed in one try.

Because it's the most unprofessional disrespectful hangs up on their customers God forbid you ask to speak to a manager and they robbed me for a lot of money and never once was I even offered a ***

I tried to rent a car from them the browser's dropped sided then called and spoke with a representative the representative assured me that I would be able to get the car after asking several questions then after paying for car I was informed I could not get one so we canceled it free cancellation the next following day I woke up to an email from Tyler your driver bringing me a car said he couldn't wait no longer he had to penalize me for no show so that proves Tyler would not be in my driveway unless he was already paid for my card I proved it from the bank I screenshotted it I conference call the bank I'm getting ready to bring my attorney into it cuz your people is the most disrespect your whole company should be getting shut down in my eyes I wasn't even offered a f*****after the mess up and still have not received my money

They robbed me because f there mistake was charged twice for car never even seen I was disrespected hungup on 1000 times told to go *** my mom in too of robbing me 1400 I was neer even offered a *** coupon nothing very unprofessionalstay away scammers

Lee than a year old will not start or stay started!

Purchase my Toro mower on 6/04/22 from home Depot used it 4 months put it up for the winter, and now it won't stay started and sometimes the pull cord gets stuck. I took it to a authorized Toro dealer because it should be covered under warranty they change the spark plugs the filter gas and oil it still does not start and if it does it does not say started very long! I have never been able to cut my front yard shut it off and it restart again since the day I purchased it! At this point I am so dissatisfied with this product I have no way to get my money back it hasn't even been one year. My lawn mower was registered I would really appreciate if someone from the company could contact me reimburse me or just help me in the situation to get the lawn mower running but at this point I'm extremely dissatisfied with the product that I have purchased!

Bad equipment

Went to Home Depot purchased a toro rear wheel drive brought it home put it all together put gas and oil in it started it it just took off. There was no stopping it when you started it. So took gas and oil out took it apart put back in box and took it back to Home Depot. Bought the same model again brought it home took out box put it together started it and it seemed to be running fine until you put the lawnmower on grass and the wheels stopped turning you had to push this lawnmower to get it going. I bought it to walk behind not push it. So I ended up returning it. I had a toro self propelled for 18 years the body just rusted away and I loved it thats why I wanted to buy another one. The craftsmanship on these new toros is just not the same as it use to be. So I ended going to Lowes and buying a Honda 170ccs dual blades self propelled. I spent a lot of gas money and time returning these lawnmowers Id like to be compensated for my money in gas and labor.

New mower want start it worked last year and now it doesn't

I needed to speaker with a representative and didn't get one. I have paid someone to fix the problem for a basically brand new toro lawn mower something you should have done. Thanks for nothing.

Bad warranty

Took to a authorized dealer and they determined it electrical fire Toro didn't like the decision and had me take it to a second dealer which was over a hour away that was more loyal to them and determined that they had no idea what caused the fire and dropped my case and compensated me nothing is I'm now in the process of buying a John Deere mower

Bought a new 60" Toro my ride in April 2022 And in November of 2022 it had an electrical fire and completely burned up. Toro never came to look at it they sent a guy out from one of their dealers and he confirmed that it was electrical fire and Toro pretty much told me to pound sand and won't stand behind it I'm out over $7,000 .
