They illegally billed me never contacted me to make a resume and took my money
i am being charged for a resume that was never written for me and i want a refund, i am being charged $150 this is illegal billing

I was promised a re-write and a 30 min phone call with the writer and it never happened after several emails and phone calls. They never refunded my money .

Terrible customer service, Poor quality deliverable
I got my resume developed by Top Resume. Every step of the way, I cautioned the resume writer that I was concerned her style of writing was not going to have good results through ATS software platforms. She was insistent that she is an executive recruiter and knows what she is doing. Net results, I got absolutely NO hits on my new resume but was getting a 60% rate on my original version. I have asked Top Resume for a refund but they have refused to reply to my message and pretend that they have not seen my request and offered a re-write. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I Paid over $350 for this service!

I paid for an expedited service, which did not happen, and the highest tier of the service. This highest tier is for a senior writer and it was confirmed in a phone call with TopResume that a junior writer was assigned to my project. This was obvious is the horrible writing, lack of actually looking at my job targets and current resume, and grammatical and spelling errors. My writer did not respond to my messages, feedback and instructions. Instead he/she sat on the project and kept asking me to review a report that I didn't care about at the time because my resume was STILL not delivered at a critical time to apply for new positions. I ended up writing my own resume, which defeated the purpose of hiring someone to write it for me. I want a FULL REFUND, which your employee sent me an email confirmation of. This was the worst investment I've ever made and I'm disgusted that you would sell something that is completely false and doesn't adhere to the services promised.

This company is the worst. I had a resume done not to my liking. I explained to the writer what I wanted in the resume and it never got added. I want my money back or another writer. I also sent a email a few days ago and have not got a response. So if someone can email me back I would appreciate it.

I hired TopRésumé.com to write a cover letter, my résumé, and to update my LinkedIn profile. Its been over five months and Ive applied at about five jobs per day excluding weekends and have yet to receive one phone call from a prospective job. I paid indeed.com an additional $40 to review my résumé because something isnt right. Why am I not getting a phone call? I have applied for positions that I am well over qualified for and still no call. indeed.com mentioned that not only is my résumé, lengthy and full of paragraphs, it is also missing key words for the roles that I am applying to. Indeed.com also mentioned that my most of my résumé is not being picked up in the ATS scan. Only my skills are being picked up, which leads me to believe that my résumé is not even landing in the hands of a human, and that the computer is rejecting it before anyone sees it. When I reached back out to TopRésumé.com I was told that I didnt get the 90 day guarantee. I didnt know that I had to pay extra for a guarantee. Needless to say they offered a rewrite. Ive been working with this new writer who is supposed to be the most seasoned veteran writer in the company which by the way, took an additional three weeks to get assigned to me, she goes off on subject matter that has nothing to do with what Im talking about. I told her what, indeed.com said, and she said that she can only go with what I paid for and what has been assigned to her and that if I wanted to telephone call would have to pay extra. Well, I didnt ask for a telephone call anywhere in my correspondence with her. I would not recommend this service to anyone and the only reason I signed up was because I was off the market for 10 years and understand that the résumé formatting has changed as well as the ATS scans are more prominent with businesses. I thought this would give me a leg up and I would be onto my next career much sooner. Instead, Im left with a two page résumé, cover letter and LinkedIn profile that cannot be used in todays job market.

REFUND FOR SERVICES
I purchased a resume Service on 09/27/22 Ultimate Executive Priority: Cover Letter, 60 Day Guarantee, LinkedIn Makeover, Phone Call, Resume, 4-month Career.io Subscription... After having to basically instruct the writer what content to use for my resume and having it reevaluated by professional LinkedIn career coaches and several professionals from the Minnesota career force, they have agreed that the resume and cover letter do not address the market I am engaging. After nearly 100 denied applications from numerous job boards I have come to the conclusion that this service did not meet the standards for my industry. I am requesting a full refund for all service I have paid for immediately.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. I was hastily with my post.
Working through customer service they were able to fix the situation with my resume writer. I was given a great resume, cover letter, thank you letter and linked in profile.
If you are not getting the customer service that you desire reach out to customer service. I am happy with the resolution.

Today is the last day to make changes on my résumé. Hunter is terrible on follow through. I am not accepting that today is my last day for making changes when he dropped the ball.Hunter dropped the ball on my résumé and is not attentive to details or follow through I sent my changes to Hunter in file attachments on October 4. I had not heard from him so I followed up with him on October 6 he then told me that my files were blank seriously he couldnt have told me before then. Some attention to details do you think he wouldve replied and said hey I dont see the files that youre recommending changes on. So he told me he would get right on it and get back to me yeah No today is my last day to make changes on the résumé And he is nowhere to be found. I am pissed and I do not accept this. I want my résumé finished and I also want extra days to review it. If Hunter did what he was supposed to do we wouldve had plenty of time to make changes. Totally dissatisfied you need to make this right

I paid $699 and then two days later another $150 was deducted from my account. I want reimbursement for the $150 promptly

Poor notification of delivery. Should send email. Writer combine 2 resume to 2 and third position from same complete listed position name on end of the page and excluded 2000-****.i would never recommend this businesses

Resume writer was to busy to reply timely so I was slack in the process but was later told we had a timelimit to service. That was b conflicting info. I was unaware the Resume could be up to 3 pages where the resume I received were 1no pages and excluded relevant info but I unknowingly accept 1 page resume noVery deceitfu

About my resume
I was told I would receive 20% more interviews. I have received absolutely No interviews. I worked diligently with worker assigned to my resume. I paid for the premium package with LinkedIn. Service. I even paid for the premium LinkedIn Service and with my new premium service... I received NO new views. Paid the extra cost for my resume to be sent to multiple recruiters for $50.00 and was called my a recruiter for that service that they do not do that. I am a manager with 11 years of leadership experience and this was a complete waste of $349.00. Save your monet. Go with another resume service. This one does not work. You will notice that they do NOT OFFER A REFUND like other services because they do it doesn't work. Save your money.

No one writes back either. No one texts back, no one answers the phone. I dont know how to update my resume on your web site without help!

They did not honor their contract. They also lied.
I did not like the resume and asked for a refund at that time and they said they would not refund. I went into my account and it has items checked as complete that were never done. Things I paid for that I never received.
