I have paid for 2 bags but when I got there they told me they didn't have enough stock to supply me, but I have still been charged for goods I never recieved

I got a taxi to pick up my bags only to be told there were not enough goods to supply me with anything. How do I get my money back ?stay well clears

I cannot sign up on your account

I cannot get into the waiting queue on the phone. If I press 1 to continue in English, I am directed to options for existing customers and automatic responses. If I don't press 1, I end up disconnected. When I try to sign up on your website it, I get animated waiting circles that never stop. When I try to start over and use the same username, I am told that the user name is already taken. Please, I am 71 and need help!!! Best Jan

Iv not received several refunds from cancelled bags

My bank has told me to contact you beciv got several refunds from cancelled bags, but its showing on my app as refunded, but its not gone back into my account. The last refund I received was 01/07 and theres 9 others. Even ones from 3wks ago havent gone back into my bank? Not sure how this has happened as the money is only meant to be held by you until collection is confirmed

PayPal payment not working

Hello, I have the following issue. I placed an order and tried to pay via PayPal like I always did before. Unfortunately, after choosing PayPal payment option, the TooGoodToGo App didn't redirected me to my Paypal App like always did in the past. I uninstalled the TooGoodToGo App, installed it again, I deleted my account and registered again, all without any result. I made 2 screenshots but unfortunately can't upload them here in my message. Customer Service Number

I did not know that if we miss a time , I would loose my money. So when I tried that same day to say I was going to be a few minutes late. No one replied on my email . Going on 4 days. This seems to be a scam if you miss a date. And in my area at South Texas, many restaurants say that there not even on a list for Too Good to Go. That they were denied for not being a 'smaller" venue??no

I've ordered several times but when I reached store was told not available the last time was 20th June I ordered fro. One stop briad street barry. When I arrived they told me they had already cancelle

The money was taken from my account and I have never had a bag. Please refund my money. I won't be using again. I can't afford to throw.money away. Whilst the idea is good the actual putting into practice is poor.

Great concept

A place to order on June 27th. Paid for the one order. Want to go place the same order again and it would not give me a second invoice it's just doubled the one that I originally placed. But I was charged for the original order 4.39 then charge double 8.78. I thought the original charge would be taken off but I paid twice. How do I get my refund.grrstv

Ordered a too good to go on Tuesday 20th June 23

I ordered 2 cold bag# on 20/6/23 paid for it at 16.32pm,went onto my order to go and collect it and nothing there, my partner went down to see why I did not get anything, I had his phone and he had proof of purchase on his phone and it said that you cancelled the order because my account was cancelled but why it was then put onto my partners account but why Bruce.morris1@***.co.uk my partner and do not know why, its all different times and none of the times add up Please look into this and let us know,had several issues with wenzels too good to go and still waiting for answers. Uncollected item

Hi, I have booked a too good to go suprise bag with Subway (manchester road, bolton). I went there to collect the bag and I was told I could not collect it because my order been cancel by too good to go but on my phone, it still show a pending collection. Similarly with Morrison Dawes in bolton. They have cancel my orders more than 4 times and I didn't get any refund.

Poor value! Items received not as described!

Ordered from Milano's Pizzeria on Baseline at Greenbank Ottawa. I expected pizza, wings, fries. Something off their menu. Instead I got a box of very expired cereal, a package of very expired mini bar cakes and a package of chocolate. WTF is that!!! Unacceptable and a complete rip off!! I want a total refund and with think twice about using this app again!!!

Unsatisfied!!!!!!!!!

Milano's Baseline Road Ottawa gave me a box of very expired cereal and cookies and a container of chocolate. Staff was rude, unhelpful and arrogant!!! Not what I expected from a pizzeria. Maybe leftover pizza slices or hot food that was not sold but not expired food from the convenience store shelves. Do not buy from this store. They are a rip off and a scam !!!
