DO NOT USE- RUN AWAY
Horrible work, no show 8 TIMES! still has not finished. *** if I didn't pay in cash before work was done. HORRIFIC customer service, and a big time BS'er, saying he'd be over "shortly" and never shows. BIG TIME LOSER. I cannot emphasize how many times this i called and the guy texted or called saying he was on his way, or would return. He also promised me to finish an earlier job (putting a pop up in). He screwed up big time not putting a drain in for the outside shower, as well. Failed to show the first day, when another contractor wasted his time to come over and meet with him. My bad for not just dismissing him in the first place. Please do not use, you will be ripped off, guaranteed.

Tony's Concrete Service, LLC Franklin WI strikes again with poor work and unfinished work after two years
KEEP LOOKING, TONY TOMASINO AND TONY'S CONCRETE SERVICE, LLC IS NOT SOMONE YOU WANT TO WORK WITH!!! TONY and TONY'S CONCRETE SERVICE, LLC started my job in August or 2012 and to date he has never finished or returned as promised over and over to repair the terrible work that was done by his crew. The list of problems with the owner, the company and the work is a long one but, to start, the slab he poured in the attached garage is pitched so that water runs into the garage causing water damage to my home. There is nothing holding up the garage door threshold except a couple wooden shims so water runs in under that door along with anything else that wants to come in. There are literally hundreds of stone pops in just one small area alone, the saw lines started crumbling while he was cutting them and still on the job and he said he would redo that work but never did. Two of the three areas of the work that needed permits to be pulled had no permits and the work was not done to code. When confronted with this he said "what they don't know would not hurt them." I did a snow removal contract with him that winter as the new concrete needed to be babied according to Tony. The contract called for ALL SNOW AND ICE TO BE REMOVED any time it snowed. I came home after weeks away only to find the drive covered with both snow and ice and when I called him, the reply was " No One Else is Complaining." I don't know what was in their contracts, I only know mine said all snow and ice would be removed. This was weeks old. Later that winter I received a call from a neighbor stating he was plowing the drive with a truck when his contract called for snow to be hand shoveled with plastic shovels. If you go to the STATE OF WISCONSIN CIRCUT COURT web site and look for TONY TOMASINO and also his company TONY'S CONCRETE SERVICE, LLC, you will see plenty of reasons under both searches why not to hire this guy and his company. The people that have sued have never collected a dime even after winning their cases. TONY has gone to Angie's List and had his company name removed in the year 2012. After not replying to the BBB complaint for months, Tony has now reopened the complaint which causes it to be removed from their web site while it is pending. This was done by him as he was losing business with this report on the web site, same problem as with Angie's List I'm Sure. Still, a copy can be seen at the Rip Off Report site along with his employee problems posted there by unpaid help. This guy and his company are nothing but bad news for myself and others as you can see from the state site and should be avoided. Look elsewhere!! Somehow I missed all his problems and his history when doing my homework. DON'T YOU MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I AND OTHERS ALREADY HAVE!!!
