Why is it impossible to see my billing history on the website? This so called system update upgrade has been going on for over a month.

Did not get my refund

Made my return within the 30 days and still waiting for refund. Its over a month that Im waiting. Very disappointed

How to turn off audio announcements

A voice continuously explains each screen choice. Cant find a way to turn it off. Need to turn it off.

Remote!!

1. Remote; After many years, my TiVo hard drive failed. So I got an Edge for cable. Very expensive! But, there is no way to get the remote to control power and volume. After trying ALL the codes several times, I called support. They sent me another. That one did not work. Support then said it was my TV. Same TV as previous TiVo!! Its Not the TV!!

New DVR not working

I will never know if f the problem was Comcast or TiVo but Comcast tried and TiVo was no help. TheGood news is i bought a Roku for 20% of the cost of the TiVo and it works great!

They now sent a second edge DVR and it doesnt work either and it of course their support was is only open Monday to Friday 8-5 WHEN THE MAJORITY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE AT WORK!!!

TIVO Mini Lux

It is hard for me to believe what I have been told by Customer Support. I bought a TIVO Edge and had no problem setting it up and connecting using only the cable provided by our internet provider and Linksys wireless router. I bought the TIVO Mini Lux and cannot set it up using only the internet cable and router and was told that I need to buy a wireless adapter to make the Mini function wirelessly. Cost: $70.00. Your TiVo Order # AS000267581 This seems really odd to me. It has been 10 years since I purchased a TIVO Bolt and Mini which were both set up in our Pennsylvania home using only the wireless router and internet cable without having to buy an adapter. Am I to believe that some 10 years later with all the technical improvements TIVO has made that their latest Mini is not ready for wireless without an adapter? By the way, I am sending to this email address because I could not find any other address that seems set up for customer issues. Joe Ford

Waiting time , after 20m gave up

Un able to talk to technical support The original waiting time was Two minutes adding minutes every time the estimated time was up.

Can’t get in touch with a real person

I need help & cant get any no one answered the phone they keep saying go to the website and I did but problem still not solved. This is poor customer service and I wish I had saved my money because it is not worth the frustration! Yall need to look at a better plan to help your customers because they are the ones to keep your business running

Not recording all channels

Not recording all channels. Not enough help to answer the phone. Has always been better at promises than performance.

Many Channels do not work.

Pixalation problems on recordings and live. Many stations have a problem with the signal. Its been a long time this has been occurring. Very disconcerting when you record and its pixalated or even when live. Cant get signals on most of the channels with a decimal point.

When pressing the what to watch option you shouldn’t have to see a screen that’s trying to advertise An app movie or a sci-fi movie I wanna see” browse option firstWithout being made to hit the “A”

I think the option called browse options should be the first thing that comes up when you press theWhat to watch tab. Currently, u r bringing in some kind of a movie that theyre currently featuring. I dont think most people are interested in that, optio. I would suggest that you put the option that is used the most up first. Also I dont like the P adjective used to describe your customers attitudes
