Bad service and no delivery

I ordered a power cord for my I phone on June 30. I was told it would be delivered on July 16 but was not. I went to the post office and they had returned it to titan due to a delivery problem. I reached out to titan and got promised that they would resolve it to no avail. The post office traced the package back to the titan facility and now Titan will not answer my e mails but still has my 26 dollars. Milt Hoefling. Milthoefling76 @***.com

They refused to give me a refund after i canceled with them they took their money for this monthes insurance after i canceled becuse my girl friend was in the car with me she doesent e en have a drivers licence

Titan Insurance Auto Insurance Review

i had Titian insurance for less 24 hours because they change the way signing up for insurance. One agent was going to charge me $167.00 first payment. I compared prices went back to them they changed me 414.00. So canceled with them less 24 hours and they took half of my money and they never explained that they would charge me 10% that is disgusting for a company to be that way.

TITANS is the worst auto insurance in the NATIONWIDE they quick to take my money but dont want to refund me back my money for reasons i been on the phone with about 15 different representative and all tells me a different story some say i will get back my money within 24-48 hrs on my debit card and some say i have to wait 10 business day i ask them show me where it say that in the policy because every time you speak with someone they say "its titans policy" and not one rep can show me that it say what they were explaining to me in there policy i said thats *** if i took you to court right now you would have to show the judge that and one rep says well its impossible to put everything in our policy. Like wtf? Are you kidding me? Im still waiting for they to refund me and its been weeks and i still haven't get my money debited back on my accout yet this is a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY BUYERS BEWARE CUSTOMERS BEWARE THEY NEED TO WATCH THE MOVIE AMBER ALERT TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS TO INSURANCE COMPANIES LIKE THEM WHEN THEY TRY TO SCREW OVER HARD WORKING PEOPLE ITS SO SAD.

Titan Auto Insurance - Auto Insurance Review from San Leandro, California

Have been loyal customer to Titan for 5 years....last year added daughter...total per month was 234.88...now to renew it is 474.85...and new monthly payment 395.86 per month....I have a clean record and also my daughter....no tickets period.....Finally insurance agent Juaquin has been excellent....what ever the out come i would recommend Juaquin...but not for Titan insurance.....to be continued....i hope to post a positive outcome

Horrible Company

Mine was easy. I had basic liability sand paid every month. In June I bought a new car around the same date the policy was due causing a change to the policy. No revised bill was sent. I also had my mail forwarded so I figured there would be a delay in receiving the revised statement. I received a call from my agent stating that I as in pending cancellation status. We three-wayed to Titan who explained that a bill was in May for June???? and the bill had more than doubled. Yet, no one could provide a bill showing corrections. Long story short, I got no bill and they cancelled me anyway. Now I am off to the Better Business Bureau and social media. They don't think social media can shut down a business. Can't seem to reach my agent either. Watch and see.

I will never used this company again i paid another agency a cashier check and a get a letter indicate my policy canceled for nsf how can i be held accountable for a bank cashier check. Now they want more money will not reinstate and its their fault. Customers beware of the insurance

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE!! They took almost $300 from me and took them a month to finally refund me my money back. I talked to probably 12 different people and they all told me different stories and they all SUCK! Do not use them!!

Dishonest

I have gotten several quotes from Titan. When I arrive they are quoting me a higher price for down payment and although my monthly quote stays the same. I feel that they try to make money off of me. When I ask why I get all of these trivia questions. SHM I know whats on my record and the fact that they are in front of the computer baffles me. They say no broker fees but that seems to change once you get there. They cancelled my policy in the past due to them telling me the wrong amount a month and would not take responsibility for their wrong doing.

They will rip you off

Do not use Titan..ever. They will rip you off at every chance they get. Canceled a policy..they charged me $85 in cancellation fees. I hope the state goes after them. They are thieves. DO NOT use Titan under any circumstances. Companies like this should be put out of business. I'm sure they are run by sleazy sleazy lawyers...all lawyers are actually sleazy, but these people are the absolute worst. tell everyone you know. Do not use Titan for anything. I feel sorry for their resolution department. I'm sure they have people yelling at them all day. I learned a valuable lesson and hope someone reads this and avoids Titan. Dishonest, lying, and totally inept at running a reputable business.

Titan Auto Insurance - Auto Insurance Review from Vista, California

I recieved a notice stating that my payment was returned due to non sufficient funds. Right then and there I knew something was up because that would be physically impossible, my account NEVER would go anywhere near low enough for that to have happend. I called and the rep then openly admitted that there was a problem with the bank (also ***) and that the payment wasnt returned due to non sufficient funds. I couldn't believe that the rep actually admitted that so quickly. I informed her that you can not send a statement and change a fee for something that never happend and offered to send all the document's and bank statements to verify that. I mean if you're going to start creating ridiculous lies to charge people fees at lease come up with something better than "non sufficient funds" which can easily be proven otherwise. After being on hold forever she agreed and said she was given authorization to waive the fee. Ok cool, so I make sure to give her my routing and account number this time to avoid any *** accusations they might come up with if I use my debit card again. Now I double, triple checked, confirmed and verified that this $20 fee would be waived and that my account would be drafted for the regular payment of $203.55. And yet for some unknown reason THEY STILL DRAFTED the $20 except they did it in a seperate transaction, I'm trying to figure out it they just think I'm retarded and wouldn't notice a random addional $20 transaction on my bank statement or if they just enjoy breaking the law by drafting un authorized payments that were created from a bunch of *** *** lies, oh I mean "fees" in the first place. Anyways, I spent my lunch break on hold trying to get in contact with someone, anyone for god sake that has a brain over there and of course my call was never answered, thus the reason for my complaint now. Dont ever get insurance from this joke of a business. They will literally create a fee by any means necessary to get every dollar they can out of you. Even when they say on a recoreded line that they'll waive it they will charge it anyways through a separate transaction. It's ridiculous.

DO NOT RECOMMEND TITAN INSURANCE TO ANYONE

I will NEVER recommend Titan Insurance to ANYONE! I had a HORRIBLE time trying to pay my bill online - each time I tried the site kicked me off, delaying my payments. When I tried to pay by regular mail, the company just sent me a refund check and took only part of my money. When I cashed the VERY meager refund check, the idiots put a "Stop Payment" on it and my bank charged me another 12 bucks returned check charge. Bad customer service, bad experience all the way around. Shame on Titan Insurance.

Charges after charges after more charges

Titan quoted me $187.00 per month for 6 months. The next month it's around $200. I call and ask why and it's because the agent added a life insurance discount on my policy. (I don't have life insurance, and I never even told this guy I had any, I am 26) I did not have life insurance, so they took that discount off and that's what the additional charges were for. Well the next month, same thing. My rate went up to $217. I call and ask why, well there's been another discount taken off my policy........ and they just don't stop. They are fraudulent. It's a scam. They are liars. And will milk you for every penny they can.
