I lost access to my account due to a bug from Tinder's end, but the support agent is claiming that I deleted it, which is absolutely not the case. I provided proof that my account is still active as other users were still seeing it, but all they said was "we can't help". I honestly haven't seen worse support service in my life.

Banning my account for no reason
I was going to check my account when it flashed on my screen that my account was banned. I don't even recall posting exposed pictures, explicit bios, and whatnot, but they banned me. They always message me (via app) that I'm prone to getting banned, and of course, I neglect it because I didn't do anything wrong to hurt or say anything to anyone. I use this app to get to know more people, make friends, and meet my possible lover, yet Tinder did this, and I'm quite furious about it. Is there something I can do to bring my account back? I've been using it for like a year now, and this happened.

Profile banned for no reason or explanation
My profile was banned for no reason & no explanation. I can only assume this occurred as I had a fake person starting to get quite aggressive & swearing. I then reported this & blocked that person and I assume that the "fake" profile & person knows how to easily have people banned by reporting something false to Tinder. It seems that Tinder doesn't have any decent customer service people in this area, at least checking & following up this type of activity as there will be many honest people which are getting banned simply as they are reporting & blocking fake or weird profile's and people. I had only just signed up 2 x weeks prior to this as a "Gold member" and it feels like I have actually been scammed by Tinder themselves. Very poor form & non-existent customer service not even taking the time to follow up this to help their "honest & legitimate" customers. This will be the fall of Tinder as I can see this is happening a lot now after doing some research. They take your money & don't bother to provide legitimate support to their paying customers... DON'T SIGN UP TO TINDER. USE OTHER SITES LIKE THAI CUPID OR HONG KONG CUPID etc as they have a much better platform

Fake Profiles and Banned Accounts
This morning I received a text from someone (Eva) saying they know me from Tinder. I looked in my Tinder inbox and there was no one with the name (Eva) they gave me. When I asked for their Tinder profile name, they gave me a different name, Drey. Again, there was no one with the name Eve or Drey in my inbox. Also, the number they texted me from was 802-731-****, which is a Vermont State number. I have a 50-mile radius set on my searches, so I asked Eva/Drey to message me on Tinder, since I never messaged anyone from Vermont because I live in California. When I called Eva/Drey's number it went straight to message, then a guy calls me back from 802-731-****, and he's trying to imitate a woman's voice, so I told him not to message me anymore. Next thing I see, Tinder is asking me to verify my account and take two pictures, which I did. After I submitted my two pictures, Tinder later tells me my account was banned. I asked Tinder to please reverse my ban since I never did anything to warrant being banned, and I believe it was a mistake or misunderstanding. This Eva/Drey person was obviously a guy trying to act like a woman on the Tinder website, so I blocked his number, which I guess upset him and he made a complaint. I've been a paying member for over a year and never had any issues on Tinder. Recently, I've been targeted by a lot of fake profiles on Tinder asking me to go to WhatsApp, Snapchat, Instagram, Line and Telegram. All of these people have been scammers trying to either get me to invest in cryptocurrency or they're selling sexual content or sex through your website. I contacted help@***.com asking for an explanation to why my account was bandede= and for a refund and they refuse to respond to me emails.
