So i managed to get over 30 referrals only to be disabled for no reason. Have been waiting a week for this issue to be fixed. Took the pic and ID still nothing. They say by 7 working days. Why so long? Any help?

I opened an account with you guys then about a week later I couldn't get on the site as it said time bucks detected I had another account basically I'm a fake which I'm not nor do I have a separate account I've submitted my I'd and note and photo of myself but no reply my account still says I'm a fake can you sort it out as its annoying because when you do get fakes or bots nothing gets done

From 1 or 2 years I worked properly in timebucks, I mentain my family from timebucks income because this is my only one income source but few days ago my timebucks account was blocked I don't know why please restart my account please I had approx 10$ in my timebucks account, I am so worried about it.
