Cancel subscription
I called Time Magazine but then decided instead to mail them. My query was dealt with immediately & efficiently & completely to my satisfaction. Well done to all at Time.

Nothing I can do about it he said. Continuing to say once you get your first magazine 4-6 weeks then you can cancel one. Pushed him o it. Laughed. Like I said, he continues, you cant do anything now until first magazine delivery in 4-6 weeks. Got my first Time magazine today. I hope that second one doesnt come

Did my subscription renew
I looked all over for phone number(a negative experience!) but once I talked to a HUMAN Being- the subscription renewal went well. I renewed , again, and have for years! If its this easy next year I will do it again! Very helpful, pleasant help from person who took my call! Just hope to get my annual subscrtion!

Unhappy with my subscription
Time has changed so much over the years, not for the better. I am so sick of celebrities fawning over each other about how spectacular each of them are. I find less and less of interest to me each issue. Double issues are not what I signed up for. Generally, I will not renew my subscription.
