Getting bill from y'all saying I owe you money for cd,s that I had ordered but when they came, they were BLANK so returning them I've been waiting for my refund, which hasn't arrived yet.

TIME LIFE SCAMMERS !!!!
After I placed an order and gave Time Life my address and credit card information, they informed me that they enrolled me in a program with additional charges that I would have to call in later to cancel. When I told them that I did not want any additional purchase they hung up. I called back and they did not help correct this scam. DON'T TRUST THESE CROOKS!!!

Old technology,
You can't even play the CD's on a portable CD player connected to a tablet or PC. Only viable is on a CD player connect to a home TV. Old technology for a big price, I will never order again from this outdated distribution company.NO

Ordered Bob Hope Set was told could return ! Talked to customer service and told I couldn't return! Not what I thought it was!
Bob Hope Set Thanks for the memories . Was told it would be shipped out right away! No I waited 3 weeks . Then I called to return which I was told I could do! But after talking to rude customer service I couldn't return.

Return of unopened cd's, and to let them know my charge card was hacked and I had to replace it with a new one and wanted to do it so no charges were returned if I can't return the unopened cd's

Always thought timelife was real deal. Used car lot type shady
No email with tracking and order info. No hope of English communication with customer service. Customer service wants your address and billing information. They will ask for everything except a stool sample. Ill not ever order from timelife again. This feels shady and criminal.

Additional charges
If I could give you ZERO stars I would l. Never again will I order from you!! My total was one amount and you FRAUDULENTLY deducted a different amount from my card. When I called your customer service I am told its for taxes. I dont care what it Is for you told me my total and deducted a completely different amount, THATS ILLEGAL!!

Very Poor Customer Service
Placed an order for an item that was inadvertently the incorrect choice. Requested that that they cancel 1st order placed only 3 hours prior on Sunday am before dawn, and I had already placed an order for the corrected item that was actually wanted. Refused to not only cancel incorrect item stating had already shipped (by 6 am on Sunday via fed ex but failed to provide tracking no and admitted it would ship next day and was charged before shipment?!), which states on written order confitmation states is not done., also retused to fulfill corrected order with correct item! Why? Agents very rude, yelled and hung up on me when asked to help resolve the issue. This is not the Time Life customer Service I knew and I grew up

Ordered subject item. Agree to two payments. Get automated reply. Nothing happens. ??? This is 2021. How do you make money running a company like this? They just released 'Ozzie and Harriet' for $200. They will collect dust with this kind of attitude. Sent a cancel email. No reply to that either. End of story.

Defective Items
I paid $130 for The Soul of Midnight Music collection. They sent DVDs instead of CDs. I didnt realize it when they sent them. I didnt know it until I open them and try to play them in the car and on a CD player and they would not play. I tried to play them on a DVD player they still will not play. I called time life and ask them for a refund and they said no they would not even give me an exchange. I am furious! They said that they are open an account take them back. How was I supposed to know that they worked if I had an open them?

They are selling Robin Williams the comic genius DVDs that are really George carlin with Johnny Carson. I tried to call them but the lady on the other end could barely speak English and just was trying to sell me the same product. A second one was sent to me and the same problem. Alas no seemed to care

Timelife, lazy crooks who steal and dont take responsibility
Placed an order and then had to cancel. Did not receive confirmation in time or a response until after the product showed up unannounced and after another payment was taken. When i refused to jump their hoops and take the package and deliver myself they continued to ignore me and even continued taking payments even with the return in place of the system including a return label. They have continued to ignore me and not respond. This is their mistake and i will not return the product for them, they can come get it by courier and refund all my money or else suffer for it.
