Tim Hortons Phone Apps Steal Your Money

Almost two months have elapsed and Tim Hortons have not reimbursed me nor are they accepting accountability for their error and now, they are actually circling back to the beginning and asking for the documentation and proof that I already sent them all over again....

On April 7 at 8:41 I ordered from the restaurant's counter at 1380 Marleau Ave. in Cornwall, Ontario and paid with the Tims app which I put on my wife's phone for the first time. Tims took the money out of my account - $16.47 - but the clerk said payment did not go through at their end so I had to pay again in cash. I showed the clerk and manager who did NOTHING. I have followed up several times with Tim Hortons customer service via email, specifically saying I did not want to speak with anyone - I just want my money! Now they say they've been calling me, which I specifically said at the beginning I did not want them to do - I do not answer unknown callers. I still have no refund. At the time, the clerk admitted to me that "you're not the only one" - so yes, this happens all the time and people get screwed and they don't even realize it. Please help

Rude workers can't understand them at drive through

I usually leave feeling like a *** cuz that is how they treat you. Would never hand over a $2 coffee until your purchase is complete. They literally half pass it until the transaction is fully cleared like I'm gonna run with the coffee *** annoying and so what if I did, you can't afford it?? For $2 I would be more concerned about making someone feel trustworthy rather than the latter. I wanna throw it back at them sometimes oh and start raising their voice "next order" literally shove your coffee in your face and have no time to put card back in wallet whi h is very important so I don't misplace it. Leave angry 9/10

TOTAL RIPOFF!!!!!!

This POINT change us a total rip off now you have to spend 40 bucks to get a free coffee. I am an extra large drinker. So remember when hortons tried to match mc Donalds with their give away it used to be 7 coffees gets a free one. So the cost of 7 xl coffee would cost me 17.50 now to get a free one it is forty bucks. Its bad enough the cost of their products is a rip off threw and threw no matter what you buy. Thats it Hortons back to McDonalds their coffee tastes BETTER anyway. PS dont buy the ice coffee only 4 out of ten is made right and on the weekend different staff is even worse. I used to stop there 3 times a day now in past 3 weeks i stopped once and better off for it. SCREW HORTONS

Order not made right

I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese and jam and I was give a bagel with just jam. My son will refuse a bagel if it does not have cream cheese on it. When I reported it in my end Tim Hortons is saying they dont see a charge for it however I did order and paid cash the fact that they are treating me like I am lying is upsetting

Found fruit flies in the donut displayed.

Went to the Tim Horton on Steels And Middlefield and I wanted to purchase some donuts when I noticed that there were fruit flies in the display case. Totally turned off and gross.

Coffee dont taste the same

passe 3 weeks or more i notice the cofee dont taste the same at all and i passe few tim-horton so... and im a clients about 19 years now so my question is what's going on ? did u guys change the coffee or the cup? friend that i have said its the cup? now i really don't know! but you guys going to lose a customer pretty soon cause i really dont like the cofee anymore

Because I want to talk to someone about the decaf cases of coffee I buy from Costco

I still haven't even heard from anyone. I buy Tim Hortons decaffeinated coffee by the box from Costco. The last 3 boxes have each had several pods that just fill my coffee with grounds. I expect some reimbursement...it's too costly to just keep tossing them out. I live in the country so obviously have to drive to the city to buy it. I dont feel like wasting my gas having to replace their faulty product.

A shorter employee not to get confused with last review has openly used my info totally immorally and has at least since 90s, provoking in a lot of ways, attacking my family friends and me. She is uncouth demanding to my info and likes being Daughter of Wafia bothering to financial, personal and a gossiper, as her victim I hear her and she is he loses I dont, has 4-5 soundalikes that may be her to maiming wrong blaming etc, staff would not give building or Tims location Memorial and Jon owner She is one of the worst talkers and she tries to blame her size or X-Men as a villain as well and today she said I love to bug Wes she meant me, dunno if she used last name too-rarely gives receipts - is a sabotager-very annoying- as well May Street Tims Thunder Bay illegally divulges to drive thru device when around area and public is unsure why and blames, Cumberland Tims was reporting about my privacy down the street 556 N Cumberland, even through pandemic, near job county fair employees attacked in bad rap like sex verbal harassment couldnt report to both upcoming Hoito burning nor verbal attack while in line up I dont go anywhere for staff, upcoming Spider-Man movie is a lot of sex-talk Peter and I dont got the time to be the old gossip for their something more

Major problems at our Tim Hortons in Gananoque Ontario

The Tim Hortons in our town is in serious trouble, they are under staffed cannot get people to work there or stay employed because of the owner. The drive thru is closed at least 3-4 times a week, or they lock the front door and open the drive thru they never have enough product they are always out of hash browns and numerous other items, weekends are very busy you are waiting at least 25-30 minutes only to find they dont have what you want. I usually use the drive thru but when it is closed I just go across the street to McDonalds, last time I went into the restaurant because the drive thru was closed again my box of donuts opened half fell out on the floor a man in line up helped me when the owner came to see the problem she was non friendly while she was refurbishing my box a customer said they forgot to tape the box shut so it was just an accident she spoke to this man in a rude manner, yelling across the counter which he replied to her that she didnt need to be rude as he wasnt rude to her then she responded with another rude answer which made the man once again telling her she did not need to speak to him rudely this just escalated he called her a *** she yelled across the store he was banned from her Tim Hortons and yelled for him to get out the line up was all the way to the door Im sure everyone in the restaurant and line up were as embarrassed as I was, I am retired and I was a supervisor for many years I if I had at anytime acted like she did there would have been many consequences if this is her mannerism continuously no wonder she cannot get people to work for her so how she needs to get the message to start acting like a manager or hire a good manager that the staff can respect not be afraid of we are a small town but there are a lot of people who come from all over to get Tim Hortons products there has been enough business in this town for Tim Hortons that we could support two only the town doesnt think so we also have McDonalds and Star Bucks so she needs to be careful if this behaviour continues I will stop going there and Im sure many others feel the same.

NOONE speaks english!!!!!!

have to ask same question 10 times to order food. the coffee has been watered down from the ORIGINAL tims coffee when it was Canadian owned. ONLY Indians behind the counter. they hate their jobs and yell in their own native tongue. disgraceful whats happened to Tims.

Outa the blue they changed drive thru times again and have dining room locked 4 days last week. . Now drive thru open at 6. I call bill *** most of use start work by 530 am too bad for ure coffe sal

Was told by several friends to make the complaint tired of being dictated too wen we can buy a cup… it’s over priced and now can’t buy till after 6 am mite as well close this location getting u bad press and word of mouth is big in this little tourist town if u don’t...

People are pissed . Why not put change of time sign up day before instead of having people in drivethru waiting and wouldnt even say ther closed ffs. Been in business since 1980 and this aint proper practice to change hours and days dining rooms open ure loosing customers by the dozen ,, and the owner here doesnt even care ther is over 2000k people that start work before 6 am .. talked to owner managers blame it on stafff. Great management throw ther stafff under the bus . Sell this one too someone who can manage and staff properly. Cant wait for another chain to come too this town Ive lived here since 65 and this *** aint gonna work ,,, hope I just counted 43 cars came thru here in half hour from 5 -530 guess thats a few pissed off people. GO TIM HORTONS

WE ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE FACT THAT TIM HORTONS ON SOUTHEDGE WARE ROAD IN ST THOMAS ONTARIO HAS COUSTMERS INSIDE EATING AND THE EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE THEIR FINGERS UP THEIR BUTTSAND MY ROOMMATE HAS ASTHMA AND HE CAN'T WALK TO HIGHBURY AND THEY ARE PLAYING FAVORITISM WITH THE OTHER PEOPLE .

Fair customer service

During COVID-19, it is reasonable to have sitting arrangement of 2 persons per table. Use small size tables only. I have recently seen in manyTim Horton's. That one person is occupying table of four. He is doing his office job or on the phone for a long time. Those who need to sit down for 20 to 15 minutes, do not get a table.
