Watered down or missing product

Tim hortons in Gallagher lake /Oliver. Continually watering down product. Got ice cap (no coffee flavour) and pumpkin spice coffee that had no foam, no pumpkin spice and both tasted watered down. Same problem continually. Not going to stop there anymore. Very disappointing tastes horrible. They are hewing everybody and its the talk of town. Absolutely horry

Complaints not taken serious

Complaints at a location not taken serious To whom it may concern i am writting because i have had a few complaints about a tim hortons location i frequently attend everyday. The location address is ( when i say in this email their own kind im not racis nlt sure how to make it clear but best i can describe is brown skin ) sorry if its wrong terms i never had to make complaints before a year ago or close to it other mannagers running this store was way better more welcoming and knew how to greet and make people feel good bit this store now i listed below 17310 Yonge St Unit 14, Newmarket, ON L3Y 7R9 Due to my complaints going nowhere and not taken seriously i have been talking to employees who have quiet and have told me why they were quiteing before they quite there job or even asked to be transferd. All have the same story the mannagers in the store seem tonfavour theor own kind and kinda make their own kind not do certin jobs leaves those certain jobs up to other racis also the favourtism with hours and hiring majority of their own kind they would also be more lenient towards their own and more harsh on others. I have personally noticed as i sat in the resturant and watched them talk in their own language to other employees and point at employees of a diffrent race while their backs are turned and seems to me they are speakingbtheir language because its nothing good to say itsbalso inappropriate to speak another language to employees but would be ok if it was a customer to help assist them in ordering to make sure they complete order perfectly but this is nlt the case. I have asked names of certain employees like Pria or how ever you spell it and duke also alicia all have bad attitudes and speak down to people alicia trys to get employees introuble because shes not happy with them at that time Drive threw window these new people they have hired have no people skills how they speak at the window is not nice and have no manners like please drive up ( they say drive forward ) when you say thank you they have eye contact with you knowing they heard you ( they say ok ) when they should say your welcome. When you tell them it would be nice to have same respect back they get angry and say ok you can go now you paid and have your items bye its very sad and its been few months now and no changes and same disrespectful workers of their own kind dont get introuble for doing wrong as no call backs are made to assist with my complaints asking what happend I believe this store needs an investigation done talknto all employees of diffrent race see how they are being treated and spoken to check work hrs see if its equal i can almost guarentee its not and you will see favourtism all im saying is these new people who are running this tim hortons instore mannagers and assitant mannagers are doing a very poor job and things need to change its disgusting

Centred out at the establishment

They made me feel real bad about my therapy Dog being there without his vest and talking very loudly in front of other people to let them know who it was they were talking about. I am there almost every day and this is how you get treated.

Training without compensation

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding an incident happened with me at one of your Tim Hortons locations 7330 markham road. Recently, I came across an unfortunate situation where i was trained without receiving any compensation and was subsequently given minimal training and shifts(only 6 hours in 2 weeks) even they didnt provided me my clock-in employee number and other details. I believe this matter requires attention and resolution to ensure fair treatment. I invested my time and effort in training without receiving any pay although also i have completely my training at tims videos and signed all of the HR documents completely. I kindly request that you review your current training and compensation policies to ensure they align with best practices in the industry. Fair compensation for training time and comprehensive training programs will not only attract dedicated individuals to join your team but also result in a motivated and skilled workforce that positively impacts the overall customer experience. Serious Hazards with XL Cups

Every single time I go to Tims I order the same thing. Two extra large black coffees. Every single time, no matter the location, your cups are splitting down the seam soaking my hand in hot black coffee. This has started happening ever since you guys implemented changes to your cups. This is a serious serious hazard. What happens if someone is driving and this cup splits on them causing an accident? This is a clear oversight in design and implementation. Someone is goi g to get seriously hurt if changes arent made. Ive complained about this several times. This isnt a store specific issue. It does not matter what tims I go to in what region. This is a company wide distribution issue that NEEDS to be resolved before someone is seriously injured. Until this is resolved, I will not be returning to Tims as a customer as this negligence clearly shows the disregard for the safety of customers as it has been ongoing for a few years now. Unacceptable.

Related to cheque

I did not receive my cheque. Its been 3 months i left the work. I want to complaint about this because i work there for a week and they are not giving My cheue. Not edible

Burned bagel. They served it anyway. Aren't there standards? This was very wrong of the worker that cooked it.

Food not cooked

CheFood was not cooked all the way it was rushed the English muffin and sausage were not even warm the bacon on my other sandwich was not cooked and my other sandwich which was a bagel was cold. And not cooked. Everything was rushed and there was no line in the drive thru also didnt receive our hash browns , so on our way to work at 4:30 in the morning we didnt eat because the food wasnt cooked at all really and didnt want to get sick. Even tried to call but no answer. Tim Hortons Elwood and hinman , $18.00 down the drain.and didnt receive a receipt either

Terrible customer service. Rude

While making and driver thru order. The employee taking the order sounded very rude. When I ask her why, she is rude. Instead of defusing the situation, she became ruder. She was not wearing a name badge. And when I ask her for her name, when said she didn't have to give it to me. She also told me she didn't have to wear a name badge. Which I believe is not true.

Customer Service

I have made repeated visits at this location hoping that eventually their old fashioned plain Donuts wouldn't be stale. Oddly enough, no matter what time of day, it seems they are "made fresh" yet taste as if they've been sitting on the shelf for 2 days. Coincidentally, other locations don't have that problem. I called this location asking for the district office phone number to address the issue. The service representative asked me why I wanted the number in a curt tone, I responded by saying it was a private matter, she refused to give me the phone number stating she wouldn't give me the number unless I told her what for, I once again responded stating that it was a private matter, she once again argued refusing to give me the number and eventually hung up on me.

Over charged on mobile ordering

Over charged I was over charged on 3 different times from my orders this is ridiculous this amount need to be updated you guys owe me over 40 dollars that came our of my bank account I will make this Publix if I am not giving back my money that is owed to me I buy tim hortons daily and would like this resolved please

Didn’t receive product

Hey there I topped up my Tim Hortons app with 50$ and I paid with Apple Pay and Tim Hortons took the money but never topped up my app! Please help me as Im a regular customer and would like to use my 50$. Sarah

I did receive an email from Tim Horton's asking that I call them and explain the issue which I did. I then had a follow-up call from a representative from Tim Horton's which was very much appreciated.

This morning I went through the drive-thru of the location at William and Michigan in Buffalo, NY and ordered a bagel with lightly spread of strawberry cream cheese and one bottle of orange juice. When I finally received the order and drove off, I saw they gave me a bagel with a whole lot of plain cream cheese. I immediately turned around and went back to the restaurant and parked my car and took the bagel into the restaurant. It took a while for me to be waited on. I explained to the female employee that what I was given was not what I ordered. She then went to make a new bagel. Approximately 5 minutes later, she brings out the second bagel. When I checked the bagel it again had plain cream cheese on it. I called over the employee again and explained that the bagel had plain cream cheese when I asked for strawberry. She took the bagel and went back to make a third bagel. It was then, another female employee started making excuses why the order kept being wrong. She was trying to justify the wrong orders being due to all the orders coming in through her headphones and that was the cause of the order being delivered incorrectly. I looked at her in astonishment as she continued to go on why the delivery of the incorrect orders was justified. After a minute of listening to her, I turned around and proceeded to leave with my hands up in the air with frustration. I left without receiving the third try of the bagel order. I ended up paying 5.14 for a bottle of orange juice. Today was the last time of me going to that restaurant for at least six months , if not longer. Poor customer service and employees not focusing. Many of the employees were more into talking with one another or being on the phone and not focusing on their primary responsibility.

Regarding not getting paid for work

I went to work for one week with Tim Hortons pod thing on the weekend. While I ended my shift on Sunday, I was told that if I dont show up next weekend I wont get paid for the two days that I worked there, I felt it was very odd because it says in Tim Horton policies that all readings are paid and when I asked my manager what was the issue or the reason behind it and she simply said that trainings were not paid, which isnt true. For the same I decided not to go next weekend and I told her that on one of the weekdays that I wont be coming next weekend and the funny part about everything is that I dont got any written offer for the job neither they asked me for the bank information indeed I was the one who kept that upfront on one of the weekdays that whether they want in my bank details for paying for those two days. Im attaching picture of my schedule and screenshot of the conversation that I had with the manager here she confirmed that it was the schedule itself.
