Never recieved a refund or order

jeri and robin are absolutely terrible..robin obviously lies for jeri who probabaly doesnt even exsist. we call daily for a refund and she actually said its not her problem. bad co and bad employee

This company is CRAP!!!

She has called numerous times. They mostly don't answer.

But the 2 times they have, they said they'll get back to her. They don't!

My daughter order mats in July 2022 and as of February 9, 2023, has not received them. NOR will they return her calls, money or even send the mats. I'm bringing suit against them. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I ordered mats back in February (it's July now)for my daughters who are on the cheer team. I live paycheck to paycheck and saved up for a year to be able to get this for them. I am heartbroken at this. I have gotten the run around and keep getting passed off to "Gerry's" email. Which, by the looks of it, is a scam. I'll be calling daily. There's no way I can afford an attorney, so I guess I'm just SOL. Do not order from them! I thought they were a trust worthy company because the Cheer teams old mats were from there. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before ordering.

Very Poor experience buying directly from the company

I placed and order for wrestling mats through Tiffin's website in Nov 2021 because according to the site I would receive the mats in early December. The mats did not arrive and in January 2022 I reached out to ask and was told to expect deliver in February 2022. I patiently waited and by end of March I reached out to ask on the status. There was no response. I then ask three times for a refund and each time was met with no response. Considering the amount these mats cost I was very disappointed in the lack of responsiveness. They were very quick to charge my credit card for the money but so poor when it came time to provide the product. After waiting a week for my final response, I called my credit card company and disputed the charge and was able to get a refund that way. It was still very frustrating because I was buying the mats because I needed them and had to wait for nothing. Still never heard back from the company

Purchase

Ordered 12/27/2021 a wrestling mat for my son and daughter as a Christmas Gift. I was advised it would be 4-6 weeks. After not hearing anything from them I contacted them and they advised me It would ship week of 02/01/2022. When I didn't receive anything I called again and they stated due to covid delayed to 2/28/2022 and when that date came near I called again and they stated 03/14/2022 and at this point I was extremely frustrated as my kids were upset and I called and spoke with Robin who advised me she would take my order into her hands and follow up... What a joke... She told me that she would personally see the order thru and would call me 03/18/22 and give me a follow up which she called and stated she had just gotten in and would call me right back when she had info but the latest production date was 03/22/22 but I never received a call back from her!!! My husband called today 03/23/22 and she gave him a bunch of bull excuses like they have been giving customers!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have requested a cancellation and refund which I have not heard anything about therefore I have submitted a thru my cc. We are now 4 months in and I have no mat, no refund and looking for a reputable company to order from and wait an additional 5 weeks for a mat. This company should be shut down and not in business! I have all the proof of correspondence and calls to this company that wasted my time.

Robin made our weekend great

I needed a 30 x 30 wresting mat for home use and Our mat club uses it for one of 4 mats at our meets. Im very grateful for the fast and wonderful service they got it done quick it looks amazing and Ill definitely buy another from Tiffin. Robin is an amazing lady to work with and knows her stuff without dragging her feet.

Took hundreds of dollars

We paid for a mat from Tiffin Mats last spring and more than six months later have received neither the mat nor the requested refund. We called many times and have gotten no satisfaction. I see many people have complained. Avoid them!

Do NOT do business with Tiffin Mats!!!

I ordered equipment in July of 2019 with expected delivery of September 2019 - I am still waiting for delivery and it's January 31, 2020!!! They do not return my calls or respond to my emails. I was told by one of their employees that the money I paid for my mat order was used to make mats for a previous order and that my mats are so far down on the list to be made because they need many more orders$ to start my order. She also told me they are in financial ruins and the employees do not get paid on a regular basis, this employee is no longer there. Very sad!

Do not order from them!

I ordered a large Resi pit mat in May, was told it would be a 6 to 8 week delivery, turned into a seven month delivery. Call multiple times got excuse after excuse. Today, December 18, my mat Was delivered. However this was not a brand new mat! It had rips, tears, grease marks, even the name Tiffin looked like it was about on a 20-year-old piece of equipment. HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE company to work with! I ordered 1 single barrel mat for the school cheering team in October and we did not receive the mat until 7 months later! In December I was calling every few weeks for an update and they always had some excuse as to why shipment got pushed back. They agreed to throw in 7 extra storage straps for all the hassle but never included the extra straps. I followed up for months trying to get the straps and finally gave up. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE company!!!

Terrible

I have paid in full 5k. Haven’t seen mats yet(been a long time) Jerry will not return my phone calls and seems to never be in the office. I am now having my lawyer take it from here.

Stole $5500 from a youth cheerleading program

Ordered $5500 in mat in Aug 2018 and no delivery still today 3/8/19. They promised refund in December and never go it. Promised delivery again January then February - nothing. Gerry Stringer seems to be the only one that can make a decision yet refuses to return a call after 17 message since December. We are a local HS feeder cheer program and some large private so a $5500 loss is HUGE to us..and we still have to get mats elsewhere and pay! Tiffin Mats and Gerry Stringer are crooks!

Total Scammers

Don't believe a word they say. Total scammers. We paid $335.04 for an incline mat back in August (three months ago). They took our money and never shipped the mat. We called multiple times. They always sounded like nice competent people and invented plausible enough sounding excuses. These changed every time and always ended with them promising to call back and never did. In October we started demanding a refund. Every time we did, they promised to send the money, but never did. I have full documentation on all of this -- emails, phone logs, et cetera. Wish I had read the online reviews of this place before placing an order.

Horrible experience....still waiting for mats paid for four months ago.

From promises of quick delivery, calls about "not having enough vinyl" to make the mats, never being called back when promised, being hung up on while I waited to be transferred to someone who "could help me;" I cannot understand why this company stays in business. I will be sharing this review on their facebook site next. Thankfully I paid with a credit card and Chase refunded my money. (I've said all I need, but this site wants me to write at least 100 words. lol lol lol lol lol lol ….Let me check to see if I have enough.) Nope.....I have to keep blah blah blahing...
