Cleaner was scheduled and did not show

They were scheduled to come at 930, and at 10 I started to wonder. I got no call or email or text to say they were not coming. Then I was frustrated with the app and website because I could not call and find out what was wrong. I had to use chat, and the chat agent had no clue why the person was a no-show, so much for Tidy for me. Will not reschedule and will not use it again.

Very hard to navigate website and app

No complaints except your website, and the app so not allow a phone call, nor a reasonable way to get a customer service person No phone numbers On a bright note Kennedy was the person who came on Saturday, the 22 and did a beautiful job,

Additional unauthorized charge! I found additional charge in my credit card statement. There is no way to call tidy.com. We have to send email to resolve.

Refund

Cleaners keep canceling the reservation and Im being charged. Now I have $200 in credits but no one is showing up so what does that matter??

Never received product I paid for!

I placed my order on 11/26/22. After waiting for shipment a week and a half before Christmas I decided to email and see where my packages were. I was told it would be sent out and be delivered by Christmas and if I didnt receive shipment details to email. I never received details so I emailed again. I was told sorry and they would expedite shipping and still would be here December 24th. December 24th I received an email saying sorry I wouldnt receive shipment until the 26th. Offered a discount of 50% off future orders. Today is the 27th and still no shipment and zero response from emails. This company is a joke with multiple false claims and promises! Wouldnt recommend if it was free!

I also was scammed

I was scammed of $189. The homecleaner that I paid for service never showed up. I received a message from "her" saying that she had to cancel because of an emergency.There is no refund policy and they claim that they gave you "credit". Beware!

For some reason I cannot seem to log in to my account

I just cannot seem to log in to account password stopped working. Its very odd youll cancel pros when they are already on the job. I had a client I was there 10 mins before schedule and tidy cancelled me. I told the client I was canceled he said I need help. I cleaned client home with out getting paid. Now I cannot even log into account. Is there a reason why such is happening?

Worst cleaning job ever

Do not even waste 1 penny on their services. I paid for two "professionals" for 4 hours. I honestly have no idea what they did for that time because basic things like cleaning the mirrors was not even completed. They left for an hour and when I went to the site and asked where they were, they said they needed more supplies. They walked around my house barefoot and was like they barely did anything. When I complained to Tidy based on their satisfaction guarantee they wasted my time and were only willing to provide a credit for a fraction of the cost if i wanted to spend more money with them. After the job they provided, i will never let someone associated with Tidy near my property.

Cancellation and no back up phone number to resolve the issue

Cancellation without a way to reach the company. Plus the review wont take without 100 symbols.very lame system. The absolute worst. Why should anyone have to provide a minimum of 100 symbols? Its as if you dont want the bad review. Your company is only going through the motions. You should post a phone number

They charged me even though they cancelled on me!

Absolutely the worst company to ever hire for maid services! I highly recommend you go elsewhere for your maid services. This company is a joke. I booked a cleaning for 11am and the housekeeper cancelled on me 30 minutes before my allotted time. They notified me at 6pm that they decided to reschedule me with another maid at 6:30pm, I was not at home or anywhere close so I told them I would need to cancel that. I also request a full refund. These people charged me $44 because I cancelled the booking but how is that my fault? They contacted me 30 mins ahead of time. I should've been contacted way earlier and I shouldn't have been charged for this. Anna & Larissa, the two I've been speaking to through email aren't helpful at all, they really aren't providing any sort of help to me. This is ridiculous and I will be filing a complaint with BBB!
