Redirected me to their aftermarket site before primate market started selling

I was forwarded to the aftermarket site before primary tickets had gone on sale and when I realized this had happened and made them aware they refused to refund the money as it wasnt fair to the seller who sold me tickets at double the price I could have gotten the for from the primary market at that time. Predatory business practice. Will not be using them for any after market tickets in the future.

I bought for blue bird cafe in Nashville for September 3rd my tickets still processing I was the first one getting this morning 8 am sharp

Im still waiting since 8 oclock in the morning. I bought the tickets at 8 oclock sharp 8 oclock in the morning and until now I didnt get fun finale of my process. Please help me. Predatory ticketing

Attempting to purchase primary market tickets directly from venues website and was redirected to after market site. They charged me $49 for $21 tickets GA tickets. Thought I was buying riser seat tix as they were about the same price $46. Wouldnt refund me for blatant deception seconds after purchase. First time in 150+ experiences this has happened to me. So it aint me.

To inquire

Has anyone reported this company to the BBB, or is everyone just complaining online ??? Im confused because I see all these reviews but the sit is still operating. If everyone here submitted a complaint to the better business bureau, the ticket site and the company would be shut down immediately. So my question is , are you guys going to report them to the bbb?

It’s a scam.

I purchased 2 tickets through Spotify, which led me to this site. Everything seemed normal. I was immediately emailed my receipt and was told in my e-mail to look out for my tickets attached to a pdf that might end up in my spam folder. Over a month went by with no new email. I tried logging into my account that I purchased my tickets through, but it claimed I wasnt logged in through that email. I have the receipt to prove I was. I tried emailing the sites help line but no reply. I found the number through the site, a dead line. I even tried contacting them through pissed consumer which happened to be a different number, but again another dead phone line. A positively awful experience.

No me dejaron entrar con mi pasaporte

Llegue con mi pasaporte a donde la seguridad del evento y me dijeron que no era posible entrar y me dieron un recibo por si no me devolvían el dinero y por eso me estoy contactando esto sucedió el día 9 de julio del presente mes , gracias por su respuesta , por favor me dijeron que en tres dias me hacían el reembolso y no ha llegado

There is no one to complain to very disappointed. Never use this service!! I feel scammed customer service telephone number was disconnected.

They failed to give me the tickets that were confirmed

I bought tickets to a show months ago. Was given a confirmation email. Cool. Except in the confirmation email they also told me to complete a survey. Well, I've bought a lot of tickets and that was a first. Today is the day of the show and I went into my apps to check for the tickets and they aren't there. I suspect because the survey wasn't filled out and it is now too late to complete the survey. Well, did they at least refund my money when I was blocked from obtaining my ticket? No. I was not refunded. So they just took my money because I didn't see that a survey was needed to be filled out. Now I have 4 hours until the doors open and I can only contact TicketWeb support via email so who knows what will happen.
