I still haven’t gotten my tickets for pink tomorrow night.

I have worked with customer service for over 21 hours to get my tickets. I still do not have them. Each time I am assured my issue will be resolved only its not. The concert is tomorrow and I was told I would have my tickets by end of day this morning. They never emailed me.

Consumer Exploitation and Ticket Scalping with Exorbitant Prices

Original review Jul 25, 2023
I ended up on this website when trying to purchase 3 tickets for a Zach Williams concert. This site is a secondary marketplace that resells tickets and it cost me $427.50! When I received the tickets, I saw that my name was not on the ticket and the actual ticket cost was $39 with a fee of $8 for a total of $41 each. I contacted the company immediately, which was a waste of time. You are not able to cancel, exchange or get a refund. Your only option and their recommendation is to try and resell the ticket to someone else I asked for the ticket seller's contact information since the company does not own the tickets, and they refused to give me this information. There is a lack of transparency on this website along with predatory practices as the sellers set their own prices and do not specify the actual cost of the ticket along with the retail price. You don't know how much you have really paid for the ticket until you receive it and see the actual price and fee printed on it. I am disputing the ticket charges with my credit card company and have filed fraud complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and my state's Attorney General Office Consumer Protection Unit.

I was overcharged on two tickets of the Boney James concert in Kettering, Ohio, The tickets are 52.00 apiece, and you took $234.95 cent which I have all the documentation. I tried to get help, you took another 47.00 now I just call my lawyer, and now he will handle this.

I selected 4 tickets for behind home plate mezzanine. Then I continued on with the process and when I recieved the email, instead I was told that for 109 dollars a piece we would be in corner box row

I received the wrong seating in my email. I asked for behind home plate upper mezzanine. I received corner box 24 row 2. I am in my seventies and I was getting these tickets for my younger brother who is turning 70. The 4 tickets were 109 per seat. The total price was over 600 dollars. Sitting in the out field for 600 dollars seems way over priced. I spoke with a representative who told me that once I agreed on line and hit accepted there was no way to change. She was very professional and seemed to care about my situation but she said that was the policy. When I first received the email confirming my ticket, it said if you have any questions call immediately and I did. I am so disappointed. I will never use this company again. My ticket confirmation is 5550****

Wrong tickets sent via email but not willing to fix the issue

I purchased 5 Sf Giants tickets at Oracle Park, $79 for 5 tickets in section 121, lower box, which totaled $517. The tickets that were delivered via email were for Section 314, these tickets sell for $39, which cost would be $258 with service charge. I called customer service to bring the issue to their attention and they basically there wasn't anything they could do. I explained the difference in cost for each seat and I did not receive the seats I paid for. I was placed on hold a couple times to discuss with manager but I was advised nothing could be done. Poor customer service and the inability to make things right. I won't be using their service again.

Tickets are phony

I bought two tickets to an Arizona Diamondback baseball game in Scottsdale. I got the e-receipt, opened it an saw the two tickets $130 (took a screen shot for backup), followed directions to save to my wallet, got two more pictures (saved them too), went to the game, paid for parking and to put my wife's purse in lockup (another $30) and went to the ticket office to be told that they don't show that I had seats. After much discussion, I showed them the email and that I had followed direction, still no seats. They provided no help to work it out, but only told me that I needed to pay ANOTHER $130 to get my seats and dispute it later. I told them that that was unacceptable and wasn't going to happen. They gave me your number and it said it was past business hours. I finally searched the web and found another number where a very helpful lady directed me to open my wallet and that these were the only tickets that could get me it. I have two issues, one with your company and one with the stadium. Both are comments more about the system, than the employees. I understand that they don't make the rules, but when I asked for a supervisor, was told that they have this problem all the time with yours and other "3rd party" sellers. They said your company wasn't one of the preferred sellers. Here's what I learned and although I don't expect anything will change, at least I got it off my chest. 1. If you sell secondary tickets to the stadium AND they accept them, they now have a working relationship with your company and a business HISTORY. Therefore, it is good business practice to work together. I showed them that I purchased the seat but they said that their system showed empty seats/no purchase. THAT is a poorly designed system which I'll explain via an analogy: If your company is legit and I bought a ticket, whether it is paper or virtual, I still own that seat for this game. If I died of a heart attack on the way to the game, my seats still should be empty, ie, not able to be purchased by another person for that game. I only learned after I got into the game, that my "virtual" tickets don't exist until I get them "validated" at the turnstile. Suggestion: In this day and age, when your company sells me the ticket, your two systems should be say the same thing, ie, BE LINKED !! How novel is that? It is insulting to me that they can sell the same seats twice and then it is incumbent upon the consumer to dispute it, while you and the stadium DOUBLE BILL for two seats. 2. The stadium system should have a record that shows them that this ticket has been "reserved" by purchase. If I don't show at all, my seats are still ones that I have purchased with good money. Their employees were very cavallier about this issue and said basically, "tough luck"! Only your employee walked through this issue successfully - how's that for a "non-approved" secondary seller??? If I was your CEO, that would *** me off, hence the title of the site that sent me this form for input. We did enjoy the game and don't blame the line employees for the inefficient bosses that allow this to happen...and it WILL HAPPEN AGAIN1

Resolved: Just a Legal ticket Scalper using a version of a trusted ticket seller name to make sales.

Company resolved the issue.

I was finally able to resolve my issue but only because I persisted. Good companies do not hide from the consumer. Good companies want to make things right and do not attempt to confuse or mislead the consumer.

Original review May 11, 2023
I purchased tickets, in a rush, thinking it was the trusted Ticket Center Inc. It was not. I understand I signed stating the cost might be more than the actual ticket value, but I did not understand that it was legal to double the price. My credit card company called immediately after I submitted my order- I am sure there is something on the vendor's end that prompted the automated call. This company claims they are a third-party seller and the contract agreement will not allow them to share the ticket originator's contact information...why? Because they are getting away with legal robbery. However, I believe there is no other party involved, and Ticket Center is just a scalper jacking up the prices. They will not provide any contact information for TIckets-Center, no address, and no executives. What legitimate company leaves disgruntled consumers with no contact for consumers that have issues? The address provided is an address for Harvard Business Services, Inc., a company that offers a mail forwarding service - allowing the company to remain hidden from consumers.
