Problem with online ticket

I went to the websites to buy the ticket and chose the seats as well. After then login details and password wrong. So, I had to reset the password but after then I lost it. I have attached the screenshot and hope to get 2 ticket for the Weekend ticket. Hope to get help

Booking problem!!!

Hello I"m writing here because nobody answered my e mails sent to ticketek costumer care. I have a problem. I'm from Argentina and I will be traveling to Australia next October to see Paul McCartney in Melbourne and Sidney. BY MISTSKE I bought two tickets for the same day in Sidney (October 27th instead 27 and 28th) I asked you if I can change one of my tickets forr 27 to 28th (they are in the same section only one is a souvenir ticket). If that's not possible, I'll have to buy another one... I haven't done it because I'm waiting for your answer, and I'm running the risk to miss the show that will take place in October 28th because they could get sold out! I need your help! Ticket bought by mistake

Tickets to netball Diamonds in Cairns

Ticket purchase and not received email address not correct should be scothedge not scotheadge

arrived at Monet in Paris QLD on the 24th July 2023 to find it was closed for the day. We had traveled from the Gold Coast. I am not a well person at present and found this very upsetting. 1 because we were not told prior. 2 Tickets had not arrived. 3 we had travelled for over a hour to get there. Very poor customer service

Unable to get an answer to their mistake from their website.. happy to take the money but unable to provide basic customer service. The event is this weekend and I have been waiting over a week for a response to whether I have tickets or not and on what day. There is not way of contacting then other than email.

Ticket inquiry

NO GOOD, I WOULD NO RECOMMEND TICKETTEK TO ANYONE!!! I have been trying to get in contact with someone to help me with a problem I'm having with my ticket,as the venue has changed. I'm getting very frustrated and if I can't get in contact with someone from Ticktek soon I will have to take my complaint to another outlet. Terrible Customer Service

On 24/09/21, I purchased Tickets to Snoop Dogg's live show at the Qudos Bank Arena from Ticketek. This show has been rescheduled multiple times since then over the last 2 years, the latest of which has been assigned to a night set on the date 02/02/2023. I discovered this 2 months ago, and it so happens that this night is a night that I cannot attend. I would still very much like to attend Snoop Dogg's live show in Sydney, and found out that he is performing the day before on the 1st of March at the same venue. Hence I have contacted Ticketek multiple times to exchange these tickets to the day before. I have tried contacting Ticketek over the last 2 months on their customer service line on 13 28 49, but after an outdated automated message, the phone line hangs up, providing me no assistance to resolving the issue. About a month ago, I also started using the exchange tickets request portal on the Ticketek Website (https://help.ticketek.com.au/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=900002****23) explaining the situation. My first 2 contacts were completely ignored, before finally enquiry 210**** was established last Tuesday. My contact person was Mary Joy Domingo. Now that 2 whole months have passed, Mary Joy Domingo informs me as last Wednesday 15/02/23 then informs me that there are no more tickets left in the same catagory that I purchased for. This is a blatant lie. My tickets are valued at 139.95 and, even as I write this letter on the 20/02/2023, that there are now tickets valued at the same price for the Wednesday show. I returned correspondence within the following couple of days to inform here that there are tickets available in silver seating, and that a few avenues of resolution could be explored, but she has not replied back since. I have since also contacted Ticketek via the Facebook page with a direct message who, after being informed that I would contact the ACCC and consequently Fair Trade NSW, have responded back but have been lacklustre in resolving the issue.
