Shady company

I tried to get tickets from grand ole opry box office. The ticket centers web sight looks like their box office. I paid double for tickets and when you realize what happened you can not contact them in person and there is no refunds exchanges or any your stuck.

Buyer Beware. Caveat emptor

Can I cancel for any reason after I place an order? No. All orders are considered final once a client hits the "buy" button to place his or her order. At that point, there are no cancellations or exchanges allowed. No refunds will be issued unless the show is completely cancelled and not rescheduled.

Could not download site to get tickets..got tickets 40 minutes after show started. Did not relieve tickets that I paid for. Tickets that cost us for $575 were resold or ? Tickets we got were in the

They said they were allowed to change our tickets and give us tickets they they picked for us instead.

FRAUD-DO NOT USE!!

Ordered tickets. Received emails saying they should have been delivered, but they were never delivered. Called customer service, sent chats and emails, and still no tickets. Called customer service again and they said there was nothing they could do. Reported them as frauds to my credit card company.

I finally got a hold of ticket-center and apparently, they are another middle-man. I am supposed to contact Ticket Master now. Getting the tickets I purchased should not be this difficult and time-consuming.

I was in a chat, with a representative to line out why I had received an email telling me I would get a second email and needed to follow the steps to accept my tickets. in the middle of the chat, the agent left the chat without resolving my issue. I know have been on hold for another 30 min waiting to talk to a live person.

I clicked on what I thought it was the venue at to ticket master not paying attention , I paid 3 times the amount I should have and when I called , was told it's my problem, never again

DO NOT USE THIS SITE TO PURCHASE TICKETS!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE TO PURCHASE TICKETS! They mislead you to believe that you are purchasing through the vendor, they over charge and do not deliver. I made the mistake of thinking I was purchasing a ticket through the vendor when it was tickets-center.com. My ticket was $138 for the 2nd to last row. I made the correct purchase directly through the vendor for a lot less $ and have way better seating. This company doesn't have a way to refund/cancel or talk to someone about the purchase even after minutes of realizing the mistake before they purchase the tickets. You can't speak to anyone in person and you get no where with their customer service number, the chats or emails. This is by far the worst experience I've ever encountered and am completely out my $138.

Charged for extra things I didn't order

On March 20th I bought 2 concert tickets and 1 parking ticket at their website. I was charged for 2 parking tickets, why would I need 2 parking tickets? They offer no refunds and give a number where you cannot actually talk to anyone, you only get recorded messages.

Rip off

Cannot get my money back from a Cubs game that was canceled due to MLB disagreements! Don't have tix that I bought either in Dec! They just keep saying the same results over and over...im out 199.50 It is sickening!

Called the vendor again Now I'm being told to call back tomorrow and talk to the Refund Department. No direct phone number or extension is given.

I know the poor people that answer the phone cant do anything but at least take the stress off the phone center people and have a supervisor that can. I hope they pay you a lot of money for having to deal with this BS.

I was sent an email in May 2021 that I was going to be given a credit for a concert at House Of Blues, Myrtle Beach that was canceled because of covid. On December 16, 2021, I received an email from Ticket-Center.com that I was getting a refund for the concert not all but most that I paid. I emailed them to not issue the refund to the card on file I no longer had that debit card Now 3 months later after multiple emails and 2 phone calls tonight, and a call to my wonderful banker still no refund

Refund policy not legal

Asked for credit for cancelled event and was told over and over that event was rescheduled which it was not! It was cancelled and not rescheduled the company policy is the worst policy ever,never,never use this site you will not be happy with the customer service never,never,never use this company,totally unacceptable answers to my problems I

Refund on tickets not received

I just recently bought two tickets for a concert taking place on May, 17th and both the customer service bot and the real service agent both told me that I was out of luck as they are not authorized to give refunds. I am currently out $1177.22 and Im beyond frustrated. Its abhorrent that any company could be so greedy and Anti-Consumer that theyre not willing to help with a refund even when the show is still 3 months away.
